The technician, Raphael, was very courteous both on the phone as well as in person. He efficiently and quickly diagnosed the problem with our HVAC unit and explained it in a manner that I understood. His pleasant demeanor is commendable.

Mark and his team are amazing! They hooked us up with a swamp cooler called the Breezeair and I have never been happier. It works similar to an a/c unit but its still swamp. I have been very happy with my unit and last summer it kept my house 70° ,the whole summer withour raising our electricity too much or even water. I highly recommend them and their services. I waited over an hour and they did not show up for the estimated. I had to answer their phone call before they heading to my home even though they Sent a text saying tech on route. I had to call and find out the tech was not heading out here. If I have to answer the phone for the tech to come out they should of mentioned that at the time I schedule the appointment and if I wasn’t going to be home I wouldn’t have schedule the appointment!

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.
