We've used them for a few repairs, big and small, at our rental property. The last time, a tech came out and quickly fixed some leaking faucets and a toilet. He was supposed to give me a quote for repairing a pipe in the basement--that was in March, and after two phone calls and two emails, I haven't heard anything back from them about the estimate, so I'm giving up and reaching out to another company. It's too bad.

I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

The whole experience with Motherroad was great. We were out of town and Alex handled all of our emergency issues quickly and professionally. He will definitely be our first call for plumbing issues from now on. Thank you Alex.

Had a new Aerocool evaporative cooler installed. Works great. Removed the existing cooler and installed the new one in two hours or so. They promised six. They also diagnosed a problem that I had with my roof. I plan on using the company for setup and takedown also.

Dylan was very professional and willing and ready to go the extra mile. I signed up for a maintenance subscription. Had a mental roof installed and have not been able to get up there to clean the coils on my unit. Thought that was part of the 125 member fee. Ended up paying 180 to have to coils cleaned which was a disappointment after paying the member fee. But grateful to have Dylan due to my having no knowledge or skill needed to climb and walk around on a metal slanted roof. No regrets however and feeling good about finally getting that done!

WMF team was highly recommended and did a fantastic job cleaning up a bad sewage spill under my home. WMF team came to my home in less than an hour after my call, gave me an estimate of expenses and started the work immediately. They are honest and highly competent.

We had a plumber come out and they attempted to fix the valve in our shower but when their effort failed they said we would have to tear out a wall then they literally ran out the the door.
Then we called Four Star Mechanical who came back several times, refusing to give up on fixing the plumbing valve. They saved our closing on the house as well as saving us a great deal of money.
If you want a plumbing company with integrity and terrific work ethics, call FOUR STAR MECHANICAL.

They replaced my old swamp cooler, which had been on its last leg for years. The work was done quickly, the guys were friendly and professional, and the quality is great! Even though I couldn't be there myself, I was kept up to date with pictures. Would recommend them to anyone!

We found Cody/American AC& Heat via the Nextdoor App and contacted them due to the many great reviews. They. Weren't. Kidding! We reached out via Facebook messenger, and Cody replied immediately. It was the middle of winter and we were without heat, and even though it was a Saturday, Cody offered to come over right then. We had received multiple quotes, and American AC&Heat's was the lowest by a long-shot. They kept in constant communication from quote to inspection, answered our many questions and concerns, took great care in addressing our previous unit's noise issue, and were prompt, professional, courteous and clean. They treated us and our home with utmost respect and we would highly recommend you call them for your heating and cooling needs.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
