Best Hot Water Tank in Albuquerque NM

I wanted to brag about these guys. The gentleman that showed up was polite and efficient. It's February of 2021 where we're getting hit with cold and snow across the nation. My water froze and my pvc needed replacement. They were the only ones who could come out in less than 24 hours, and reasonably priced. They not only cleaned out my water closet, they replaced the pvc, added additional insulation and wrapped up my pipes that were already there and put them in a better condition. They were so quick, clean and professional. Thank you for your help!!

I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

I am so pleased to have worked with a group of individuals who are so well trained to do their job and who have good work ethics and a sense of professionalism that I thought had been long lost. Every professional worker who came to my home from Wagner Mechanical Inc., arrived on time, they did the work quickly and expertly and they were kind and respectful to the consumer. The office staff always answered the phones promptly and were able to resolve issues quickly. I appreciate that there are upper-level managers who contact the consumers to double-check for efficiency and and quality of work provided. I think this company costs a bit more than some others, but you are paying for a team of experts who ascertain that your needs are met!

We called Whitehorse Plumbing for repair of broken hot and cold water pipes which caused us to be without water. He responded in less than two hours, quickly and expertly evaluated what needed to be done to fix the problem and had them exposed. capped and our water service restored in less than an hour. Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

These people were amazing. They replaced my 84 year old fathers refrigerated air system. They were kind, patient and very attentive. So many services and construction companies are so unreliable these days. It was refreshing to see a company that was right on with everything. Cesar Valdez was amazing. He was friendly and answered all questions I had. Even started my water heater pilot again after he repaired my busted pipe. I love how much he not only valued my time. But my situation. Ask for him to come out when you have a problem!!!!

Last summer I hired R&R to come fix my mini split system that wasn't blowing cold air. They decided they needed to do a full leak check, and recharge the system which was $1,300. They did that repair and the unit began blowing cold air, however one of the mini split heads was making a bizarre whistling noise and one of the indoor heads froze. I called them back and they sent another technician who told me he didn't know what was going on. Soon after that happened, I turned them off for the summer because I was very frustrated with them. This year, I turned them back on and the system is magically out of refrigerant again. I was told they would not come back to repair because I was out of the 90 day warranty window, and that they have no record of a 2nd technician ever coming out. I understand that I should have just called them back repeatedly in the 90 day window until it was fixed, that was my mistake. But it doesn't feel good to have to rely on a warranty in the first place, or to end up arguing with a manager about what even happened in the first place. I don't recommend. I am in the same place I started in, but they are +$1,300.

NCB Mechanical is the best. I had a cracked pipe under my sink. When I called, Brandon responded, not only on time, but sooner than scheduled. He completed the job and made sure everything was working before he left. I will not hesitate to call him again when needed and highly recommend his services to all!

The technician works quickly to identify the problem with my jetted tub and completed the work in a timely manner.
