Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

I had a small leak in a hot water pipe under the slab at my home. Mark was very knowledgeable and efficient. He jackhammered through the tile and slab, fixed the pipe, and filled the hole back up with in 6 hours. He left the area spotless. Thanks Mark!

The experience from start to finish was superior. Very responsive from the company to the technician that came out for the quote and then back to do the install. Randy was our technician and he was Awesome, friendly very knowledgeable and professional.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Donner for both plumbing and heating. They are very prompt and do competent work. Their prices are also reasonable. Highly recommended.

Luis Saiz and Neftali Lopez moved an outdoor faucet as the last part of an AC installation. We got a new electrical panel as part of the AC installation, but the old faucet was directly under the panel, violating code. Luis and Nef did a great job with this unforeseen but needed repair.

Bodie is the best! He's honest, hardworking, does an awesome job and a really nice guy. We've had him do a lot of work at my dad's house and he's always done an awesome job!! I would recommend Bodie and his company for any plumbing job!!

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

The technician who came was professional enough in technical expertise at first but by the end of the experience I felt scammed. My main concern was 1. Not getting my issue fixed while also being dramatically over charged for r410a (AC coolant). Specifically, I researched approximate cost of r410a online after the fact and found out it costs about $4.32 USD/pound. I was charged over $50/pound. Ultimately I expect some significant upcharge over $5 but over 1000% is completly BS. The technician also forgot this coolant at first and had to go back which I have no doubt he charged time and labor for. He was deceptive since he didnt state what costs would be for labor or materials were upfront. In other words, he showed me the charges after he performed the work which was minimal since I sat and watched him work. All he really did was pump 5 pounds of coolant and charged me $420. My AC doesn't keep up when I have a commercial sized unit for a smaller townhouse (about 1400 sqft). My overall impression is that his total analysis was wrong and that labor for coolant was the easiest way to overcharge me with an expected call back to them to repair again. I do not recommend this service. Lastly for the record, I hired Marty McKee. He recognized it was more an airflow issue (which in also mentioned to Academy), and that fixed the issue for a fraction of what academy charged me.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

I used First Rate for second time to replace my HVAC system. The first time was to replace all the natural gas lines in my home. Just like the first time when Brad and Jake did the gas lines for me, Kyle and David were a great team. They courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, they took the time to answer any question I asked. They cleaned up after themselves and instructed me on the operation of they new equipment. Andrea quoted a fair price and arranged financing for me. I highly recommend this company for work they do and will never use another company in the future. Great job guys, thank you.

They did an excellent job on the installation and explained everything to me along the way. They showed up on time and work was completed on time. They provided clean and solid work not to mention how polite and professional the technicians were the entire time they were in my home. I would recommend NCB to all of my friends and family!
