The expected service was to service and turn on evaporative cooler where leaky faucet in the system was in need of repair/replacement. Water was not turned off at the street prior to beginning work. When pipe broke just behind the faucet of concern, water was gushing. But with quick reaction to belatedly turn off water at street, the unexpected pipe break was promptly repaired and evaporative cooler was successfully turned on without delay. The bill was very fairly resolved afterward, all of which was truly appreciated.

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

All categories mentioned are surely true. I haven't had a service call that I enjoyed as todays. I felt trusting not skeptical . I'd been scheduled a 2 hr. window and to my delight the fellas showed up on the front end of that 2 hr. window and called ahead. My worries as a senior citizen were all for nothing. I was in good hands with Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. JC&E is not customer focused, does not take pride in their work, and simply took our money while leaving us with equipment that does not work properly. We had JC&E install a condenser and 3 mini splits in our home. About 1 week after they installed it, the mini splits stopped blowing cool air. They were not responsive in our calls to come fix it, but eventually they came and added more freon but didn't think to check for a freon leak. They also decided that it was a good idea to have the drip lines from 2 of the mini splits just hang over our neighbors roof instead of re-routing them down the side of our unit. Our neighbor complained to our HOA about this, and we asked JC&E to come out and fix it. They asked if they could come back in the spring since the weather was cooling down and we wouldn't need to use the mini splits for cooling. A weird request, but we said that we would wait. When spring came we tried to contact them to come fix the drip lines and the fact that the units weren't blowing cool air again. They never responded to us. Eventually we just had to hire another company to come fix all of JC&E's mistakes and lazy work. JC&E left us with freon leaks, the wrong sized condenser, and improperly routed drip lines that all had to be fixed by someone else because JC&E refused to do the job right and provide basic customer service.

My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.

The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.

We were unfamiliar with swamp coolers and had the system checked to be sure it was ok. The man was very knowledgeable and professional.Update-they are not like they used to be. Not nearly as good-they’re like any other big company that sends technicians that may not be able to do what is requested.
