Rocketman did an outstanding job for two of my clients. I am a Realtor in ABQ and my client was selling his house while living out of state. The second seller they helped was when the sewer inspector called out an issue. The buyer called for three estimates, Rocketman and two other big companies. The house sits lower than the sewer line and has a lift system to push the sewage uphill to the main. The sewer line will always have some standing water, by design. The big company in town with three initials gave a bid to replace the complete sewer line. The new line wouldn't fix the issue - standing water in the line. However, Rocketman and the other plumber came to the same conclusion that the line doesn't need to be replaced. The line functions as designed.

The repair man relied on me to diagnose the problem with my furnace.He did absolutely no inspection. Then he went to his truck,made some calls, came back and wanted to charge me 579.00 dollars for a new motor.Sounds like a rip off.I will try some other business.
