I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

Alex and Adrian are very professional and they did a beautiful job of making sure all of the work was up to code. Considering the house is about 70 years old. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again for the great job.

B CARLSON gave me a quote of $1795 to put in a swamp cooler damper. charged me a service fee of $80 for the tech to take a photo of my swamp cooler to his supervisor to give me a outrageous quote!!! TLC did the job for $300. Carlson is a total rip off!!!

Central Plumbing repiped our entire house. It was a HUGE job, and one that I was not looking forward to, yet these guys were so great it wasn't nearly the horrible experience I feared. They were affordable and so good at everything. I don't know how they pulled it off. Great guys too. I am actually going to miss them!

We broke a part to our heater on a Saturday as we were starting the heater for the season. this outfit was the first to call us back... we knew the part that we needed, they had the part in stock. We spoke with Leah ..... I asked about the pricing. The pricing was discussed for the work that needed to be done...She told us there was a bout a $70 diagnostic charge (which would go towards the pricing for the part). , $90 after hours service fee. I asked about how much the part would cost she told me about $20....... I agreed to have the technician come out since it was going to cost about $200,.... when the technician arrived, I showed him the part that was broken, he had the part on his truck, and then the fee went to $256 plus the $90 .... You can imagine how irritated I was to find out it was now going to cost me around $350. The technician and I called Leah, in which she replied that the part may have cost around $20 but you’re paying for a service. I was under the clear impression that the service was included in the $70 diagnostic charge........ I would say this outfit needs to be more honest and forthright...... Had I known it was going to cost me that much I would’ve ordered the part from samons and waited two days for it to arrive, it literally takes about two minutes to install! Not good business practice!!!...... I posted the top part of this review prior to the response from the business owner, my original estimate was about $180... Plus tax ... I paid $248.11. The technician was very nice and very professional. They did waive the after hours fee and adjusted the price. I did not ask them to do this, but they did which was good business . Still not what I was quoted, but better than the exorbitant amount they were going to charge me! I originally gave them one star, I’ll give them 2 now.....

The owner of LC heating came right away. He checked the furnace and knew what it was right away. He got the job done fast. Good place. The price wasn't too bad and we needed the problem fixed. Good job.

MGP Mechanical is excellent and I highly recommend them. I had 3 quotes given to replace my hot water heater, and they were the best by far — quickest to respond, least expensive, fit me in the very next day even though it was two days before Christmas, quality work, very nice & respectful installers, very clean — just an overall awesome experience. 11 out of 10.

Just moved into my new home yesterday.Heater stopped working that evening.Would run intermittently but only for a couple minutes at a time.Wagner got a tech to me within a few hours.Repairs were made and system was running within two hours.Thanks Andrew. Job well done.

Valdez Brothers went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly. Our hot water heater was out and they responded quickly and professionally repaired it.

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. They give you their 200%. We highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again and again :). Thank you for all the hard work and great job guys!
