Had an electromagnetic descaler installed. The equipment is very good. I have sensitive skin, but with this conditioner I am noticing my skin is less dry. My dishes and laundry are clean without hard water residue. Very glad I used this contractor again, and I am very pleased with the descaler and installation: it was fast and easy!

Shutdown furnace, set up A/C.
Technician was on time, knowledgeable, organized and very friendly.

The owner, Gerald, is one of the hardest-working guys you'll meet. He started this business by himself, and has staked everything on positive word of mouth. I know he hasn't wanted to answer all my calls and emails, but he does, and never complains.

I used Wagner for annual maintenance for our tankless hot water heater. They had excellent scheduling and communicated extremely well through the entire process. Their technician, James, was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and set expectations. My only issue was the final invoice did not match what was quoted over the phone. Difference was small and I still feel I got good value for the service, but felt it needed mentioning for proper feedback.

Valdez Brothers went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly. Our hot water heater was out and they responded quickly and professionally repaired it.

They have helped us twice. They are quick to come and know what they are doing.

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.
