I've been a big fan of Alex's before he broke out on his own in starting this company. He and his staff are respectful, timely, and do great work. They won't be the cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for -- in the best way.

My experience with B Carlson Heating Cooling and Plumbing was the BEST experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor!!! i don't normally write reviews but I had such great service I felt I had to share! From start to finish they with EXCEPTIONAL. Girl that helped on the phone was compassionate and moved the schedule around to get some out for service same day at time that was convenient for me. The service man was able to quickly determine what the problem was. He gave me the repair quote and recommended before I put money towards this repair I should talk to sales guy about replacing the unit because it was very old. I had no idea, something i never thought of. The sales guy came out and was also very nice and professional, He gave me an education on heating and cooling systems. He never tried to sell me a new system. Needless to say B. Carlson has my business! If your looking for Heating Cooling or Plumbing company don't hesitate to give them a try. I wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Every professional worker who came to my home from Wagner Mechanical Inc., arrived on time, they did the work quickly and expertly and they were kind and respectful to the consumer. The office staff always answered the phones promptly and were able to resolve issues quickly. I appreciate that there are upper-level managers who contact the consumers to double-check for efficiency and and quality of work provided. I think this company costs a bit more than some others, but you are paying for a team of experts who ascertain that your needs are met!

I called on a Tuesday for a repipe and Valadez brothers had the job done by Thursday. Quick, efficient, and friendly service with a realistic price. Donner Plumbing is a great service! They've been out to our house for several different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because we don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Neil, who schedules the jobs, and he has been super helpful in getting help for us as quickly as possible. Joseph and Tristan recently replaced our evaporative cooler (which was a complicated job) and were extremely kind to my mom. They worked for hours in this terrible heat and never gave up. She is now lounging around in blissful, cooling air. Call Donner if you have a plumbing issue.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!
