Best Furnaces Repair And Maintenance in Albuquerque NM

Had a leak behing the hot water heater in a closet. 2 trucks and 4 guys showed up on time, estimated 3 hours. Two hours later they were done and gave me a 1st time discount on my bill!!! They will be ones I call for all my future needs.

I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex! Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

After using several other HVAC/Plumbing companies here in town over the years, I've stuck with Abq PHC for the last few years. They work the hardest in keeping scheduling, dispatch, technicians and billing in sync. On occasion we have had some confusion and even some accidental over-charges and every time they work with me to figure out what's fair. They are professional and are always striving to make their customer experience as great as possible but without charging us an arm & leg.

However the two Lady schedulers I can see confuse the Plumber's coming out.. also the Ladies don't schedule very well either pretty lazy schedulers unfortunately ..but I give 5 stars for the incredible work the plumber did

Called, and received no call back. Talk to someone on their live chat she said she'd have someone reach out. 5 days later no one has called back. Won't keep wasting time on a company who doesn't want to reach out to someone who trying to be a potential customer.

Jorge did a health check on my A/C unit. I was concerned about unnecessary repairs and cost. Jorge went through my system, ensured everything was working properly, replaced a single part which need to be replaced (I saw the readings on the capacitor and agreed that it needed to be replaced), and charged me a very reasonable amount.

Since I was the owner/builder of my house I know its systems well. Jorge reviewed the vent flow, temperature differential, and overall health of the entire system. He spent about an hour with me and I feel he did an excellent job and thoroughly explained everything he did.

I will have them back in the fall to perform a health check on the furnace.
If the quality of their service is consistent, they will remain my go to plumbing and heating company.
