Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

My furnace died and I have two young kids in the house. They went out of their way to expedite the install so my little ones did not have to sit in a 50° house. Very professional and honest.

Were not honest and charged me 95$ just to scare me and tell me I needed a circuit board, a motor and a cleaning for my heater that was blowing coldair. After they left I broke down and cried thinking I need to get this done. I then called another company that came out and just cleaned out the heater top and bottom used some brush thing and only charged me 150.00 and didn't charge to come out. Wagner for cleaning alone wanted to charge me close to 400 plus I got scammed out of 95$. Shameful to take advantage of a Senior!!

We use these guys for both commercial and residential service and they have always done an outstanding job. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber

Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is an amazing company! I have been using them for years for all of my heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Recently I had them out to fix a leaking faucet in my kitchen and bathroom. I ended up replacing both. The technician Orlando was awesome! He was very polite and friendly. He went above and beyond, explained everything he was doing and any problems that arose with the job. He even did a quick fix on a cabinet door that was coming loose under my kitchen sink. I highly recommend this company. They are top notch!

I always enjoy working with Jorge for all of the sheet bending that I can't do in my own shop. He's always quick to get jobs done and the workmanship is top notch!

Rodgers did a great job they were prompt and fixed my leak in the wall within an hour they were very good at explaining what they had to do and didnt charge an arm and leg. I would definetly use them again.

If I could write an ode to Chad I would. I am a happy momma right now. My babies have been so restless and this heat has made us grumpy.I’ve had several issues with my a/c over the last couple of months...ok, maybe one with a few different diagnosis's from a couple of people. Once Chad checked it out, he gave me the correct diagnostic and (proper) expectations I can live with in the comfort of a working air conditioner meanwhile. He was very professional and comfortable to be around and I look forward to seeing him for repairs again.From my first call to follow-up call and visits, I’m a happy camper all around. Thanks! :)

Good company

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

Gave us a quote and then lied to try to increase the charge. Guy went on a rant, calling our real estate agent a liar-until the seller’s agent provided documentation to prove Guy was lying. Then he walked out on the job halfway through.
They screwed us over so badly that the seller’s real estate agent went to their office to pick up our refund check even though we had already closed and she had no obligation to us any more whatsoever. She just felt so badly about how terrible Guy was.
Also terrible service and hard to get a hold of throughout the process before they came over, told us they couldn’t do multiple things that future plumbers did no problem, all before they lied to us, etc.

They were out in less then 30 minutes and fixed my plumbing problem fast.. I would definitely recommend them. And very fair on cost.. Thank you R&R.
