Honest and 10x better than TLC...

We had them come over and install a split box system on our rental the system works like advertise . Also did some work here at our home .Darn good people to do business with honey affordable and hard working .

My service tech was dispatched quickly. He did an initial diagnostic and called out master technician Terrence for a second opinion.
Courteous, understanding and knowledgeable, Terrence quickly found an incorrectly installed part that he suspected was the culprit. He laid out my options to me, noting all factors in play, the 10 year old system, the strain on the system from improper installation, and other potential problems around not replacing the whole system. He showed me how to save money by using the service contract going forward.

Terrence got me a quick call from the office quoting me the flat rate repair. The sales rep Jeremy was called out to quote me a replacement system if required. The next day Terrence came out, replaced the part along with the servicing of the line and it fired up right away, cooling my house down faster than it had ever done in my 4 years of owning the house.

made an appointment for an estimate between 9-11 am. 11:30 rolls around and no plumber. I had to leave because of another commitment, my wife called to inform them about the no show and cancelled. The plumber calls me at 12:30 to tell me he's running late. Ya think. they should have given us a courtesy call. Big red flag with this place. So we probably dodged a bullet by possibly hiring them to do the job.

Fantastic service provided by Michael. He really knew his stuff and he was able to replace the furnace blower motor efficiently. Even with a trip across town to get the part, from diagnostic to completion was only 2 hours. We felt the rate was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

This review is a little bit late, as they did the work a couple of months ago. However,
I've been using Number One Plumbing for about 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. They've always been on time & professional. This appointment was no exception. Nathan was my Tech this time. He was on time and very polite. He shut down my heater & set up my AC quickly & efficiently. He answered my questions and was nice enough to get measurements for my, so that I could order a new AC cover.
Number one is my first call whenever I need help! I highly recommend them!

My initial experience with them was fine, but now I can't get a hold of them at all. I've tried calling 10+ times and have left multiple voicemails -- nobody is answering the phone or calling back. Have they gone out of business?

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

They were kind and courteous. Their pricing was very reasonable for service. I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.
