First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. I had used another company for some small repairs, intending to use them again to replace our water heater, but called/emailed several times with no response. I saw VB recommended by someone on FB, decided to call and get a quote. He said they were available TODAY, came out and knock it out immediately (like at my door within an hour from the call). Even helped me get my fireplace pilot lights back on and we now have working fireplaces for the holidays. Definitely a great experience.

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.
