Got a quote from one of their representatives at the end of one summer to convert from swap cooler to refrigerated air. Was told the quote would be good for the following year. When I decided to purchase the next spring I was told they could not honor that quote due to their representatives quote mistakes and inflation so they added almost another 1000 on top. I still agreed because I just wanted it done but was still upset they didn’t honor their word. My refrigerated air was installed and and inspected. And I was happy to have made the switch. But towards the end of the summer the air was not cooling. I had to schedule an appointment for them to come check my system. When they came to inspect it, was told that the system wasn’t charged. So they charged the system and it started working again. But that was a day I will never get back waiting for them to fix it . The Next summer as I started my AC it began to give me the same problem i ran my AC all day and it didn’t move a degree. It was not cooling, so I scheduled another appointment and was out of cool air for a week. When they came to check on the unit, I was told it was not charged. I asked if I had to charge this unit every year and they said no, they told me the last person didn’t charge it correctly. So the unit was charged once again and once again another day wasted waiting for them to fix my unit. This year I started up my AC and once again the air wasn’t cooling. Again..I had to call and make another appointment, wait another week without coolant, miss another day of work, and waste another day waiting for this system to get fix. Finally the representatives actually looked at the system and found a leak! They charged the system and said they need to comeback to spend about 3 hours fixing it. So scheduled ANOTHER appointment to wasted another day, and be out of work so they could come fix it. After the leak was finally taken care of... which I hope it is... I asked the representative if there was someone I can talk to about the trouble and inconvenience I went through all over this problem. He said he would have someone give me a call to talk about this issue. I have yet to hear from anyone from their company for an apology or a compensation for my time wasted to get a new system fix when it should have been done right the first time. As a customer I feel i should have been at a higher importance. I hope this company realizes people’s time is precious and should not be wasting it. Happy to have refrigerated air but not happy with the service.

Customer service was excellent. However technician did not give us any choice on hot water heater. We asked for 40 gal and he installed 50 gallon. He did not ask if this is what we wanted. He was on the phone the entire installation 6 hours. He left our water running for 3 hours and we are on a well costing us electricity. He said he forgot it was on. Next morning gas smell was very strong in our garage. We called and they sent out another tech who had to fix all of the fittings. We are on propane so wasted gas for hours. We are on a very tight budget due to COVID lay-off earlier in the summer so all extra expenses are very hard. I feel like he took advantage of us by not giving us any choices in price. However I really appreciate the office for getting us taken care of so quickly.

Scott and crew just converted my cooling system to refrigerated air and I couldn't be more pleased. They were honest, reliable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. My friends and family who have done business with RMS all agree with me.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. I had a electrical panel upgrade. Trevor and I believe his name was Clayton were Great. They did outstanding work and kept me in the loop every step. They get a 5-Star, but here is where it goes down hill. At 3:30 they inform me that their office forgot to schedule an inspector to come and approve the work, so my power could be turned on. This was on a Friday, so they informed me that I might not get any power until Monday. I informed them that this will not work. After 5pm I finally get a call from their office that they got PNM to do an emergency hook up (Thank You to that Office Staff member), but it would be some time Friday night. So PNM comes at 1:45 am Saturday morning and the power is hooked back up. I didn't hear anything from this company, until 11 days later when they call me for payment. So they didn't check if we got power back on or if the job was done right (City Inspector did come on Monday) We also lost around $175.00 worth of groceries, cause our power was out for 17+ hours. Very Unprofessional. Stuff happens, but not to check on your customers for 11 days. Well they didn't call 11 days after to check on their job or us, but to collect payment.
