I bought a home built by Twilight. My HVAC system was installed by Wong who did not register my HVAC equipment. I repetitively had problems with it since I moved in and Wong who is not certified with Carrier kept coming back to trouble shoot my HVAC. I finally called Carrier who told me to use a certified Carrier repair company -Affordable service. Kevin Lenkowski fixed my HVAC SYSTEM and explained how the system worked and why it malfunctioned. They are great!

I woke up to a very WARM wall and clicking sounds in the wall. The furnace is so old, the house even older. I thought maybe an electric fire had started from the furnace in the crawl space and worked its way into the wall. WAGNER got a technician here within an hour of calling! John Calderon was thorough, non-judgmental, clear, concise, punctual and helped me learn about the situation. He TRIPLE checked all my concerns. And came prepared to bravely crawl into the cold and dark and TINY crawlspace. I’ve had other Hvac companies waste my time by showing up and then they see it and don’t want to go down to see the furnace. I highly recommend this company.

I recently called a plumber from your company to check and maybe tighten the connections on sink faucets in two bathrooms. The person did the job within an hour , did not put any new parts and charged us 225 dollars. He claimed that the service call is not included in the labor time, which I thought was unfair. I think it was way too much for just tightening the connections. As a comparison, another company did two major repairs on the water heater for which the technician had to remove the tank and put it back in. It took him several hours of labor, but he charged us the amount he calculated during the service call and the service call WAS included in the total labor time. I think that Albuquerque Plumbing should reconsider their rates as it it not the best company out there to overcharge their loyal customers.

Very impressed with Mario. He was so personable and knowledgeable.
He worked independently , asked questions and did a wonderful job. We will have him come back next week again as he needed to special order a part. We would like him to come at least once a year to check out our systems. Jackie with JP Plumbery kept in touch for scheduling and advised us of any delays. Very professional.

Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. What these other companies were willing to charge A family of 6 living check to check, stuck without a furnace, knowing the cost of the part, is simply UNETHICAL!!!! Thank you American AC & Heat, your Integrity will pay off ten fold!

Our technician was very professional, and even explained how to read one of the sensors on our furnace so we can check basic problems on our own. He also fixed our apartment complex's boiler.
