Mark was great to work with. Best price in town for all the same work. My water heater went out, tank blew up, he was able to provide me upfront pricing and came out the next day and installed! All others told me they would have to inspect then schedule a week out. A week without hot water in the winter was not going to happen. Thanks Mark and Bradon for installing and bringing it up to code. Excellent service!

Had a clogged bathtub drain. I called for an appointment and they were able to get it cleared same day...within a few hours of my call. Quick, friendly and professional.

WMF crew slipped their schedule for the followup visit, but that's not really unusual for contractors who are reacting to unpredictable crises around town, and anyway they personally covered for them the same day.

Very satisfied with visit. Technicians who installed furnace in 9/22 did not install filter! Fortunately I had a backup filter at air intake which minimized potential damage to furnace.

Came quickly when heat went out. Excellent service from the owner. Affordable repair.

My swamp cooler needed an emergency fix right before the 4th of July holiday and during 100 degree heat. Chris showed up within 30 minutes of calling and did the fix on an extremely tricky steep pitched roof. I really appreciate that he did the repair so quickly and at a reasonable price.

I called only to get some information. I talked to a person in HR and she was very nice and helpful.

Repair of water heater. Team was extremely professional, on time, efficient and general clean-up upon completion. They took time to explain how I could prolong the life span of my current water heater as well. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts or services. A definite recommend.

Great Company and Service. Guy's squeezed in a new Swamp Cooler install in early July. Called many local plumbers, many don't return calls and prices were outrageous. Guys showed up when needed, had a fair price and did a great job. They are also very clean. They will be our plumbers from here on out.

Luis and Ricardo are very thoughtful thorough and kind. Luis is meticulous and makes the smallest and least amount of holes in the wall. They clean up the space after they are done and are super efficient. They are great and I totally recommend them for electrical work.

Great small business. Very responsive and customer friendly! I called the number on the website and they called me back almost immediately. ( the only plumbing company out of 5 that I called that called.) Jorge, came to my house very late in the same day, did not have the part, went to a plumbing store and stayed until 7 to fix my problem. Like I said they went above and beyond! Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again but if I do, Rick’s Plumbing is my go to!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
