I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. The owner Alex was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and came out right away when our water heater went out. He was so thorough and professional. He took time to explain everything and walk us through our options for replacement. We had hot water again the very next day! I will definitely call him again for any of our plumbing, heating, or cooling needs and fully recommend him to anyone in need of those services.

Central Plumbing replaced my swamp cooler a couple of weeks ago. I highly recommend them. Mark is very knowledgeable, does great work, and does not recommend unnecessary repairs. Pricing is very good compared to others. I'll be using Central Plumbing for any future projects.

The entire experience was great. First, Tony called saying he could come earlier than scheduled, which fit my schedule better. Second, he was very polite and courteous when he arrived and throughout the visit. Third, he was very quick and efficient, barely here an hour. I have been using Affordable Service for around 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Their prices seem reasonable and the employees, both in the office and field, are always polite, friendly, and efficient and they never try to sell me something extra. We were lucky to get Carl to come out and fix our outdoor faucet. Day was supposed to be an easy day but the outdoor faucet cracked suddenly when disconnecting the swamp cooler. Water everywhere. Carl came to the rescue and fixed everything better than new. Carl was cheerful, knowledgeable and did great work. Plus he liked our dogs.

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater.
