Rocket plumbing has great service, the guys were awesome, professional and got straight to work. Also they did out water leak with efficiency and thorough work. After digging up big holes they made our place look like nothing happened at all. I highly recommend for water leaks and any other services.

I have a service agreement with B.Carlson. They come out twice a year and check my HVAC and heating system. I have been using them for years and love the service they provide. They keep my systems clean and running at top performance. I believe in being pro-active in mataining, not having to react to unit not working at a bad time. I feel the the service agreement is a great value and peace of mind. Christian is awesome, he came by today and did a thorough cleaning of my HVAC. He did a thorough check-up to make sure all of the units numbers were in line with specs. I know keeping them clean will save us from costly repairs down the road and keep them running efficiently. I also really appreciate the front office staff. Kris called earlier in the year to renew my service contract. Ashelyn, calls to set up my appointments in advance and then the day before as a reminder. They both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Christian called to let me know he was on the way and was on time. Now I can sit back and relax knowing our cooling comfort is good to go for the rest of this season and the next. Chris was efficient and courteous as was the other man, whom I can't remember his name, sorry. When I first moved to Rio Ranch, I didn't know who to call for help. I just knew they needed to take credit cards. It's a gamble who ever you call. My gamble was perfect. Will use Afforadable all the time and definitely recommend them.

Last year, we had a new system and ducts installed. Our house is comfortable summer or winter now. This year, Gerald tweeked the system to lower the noise in the hallway where the air intake is located. We were so amazed at the difference his changes made! Valdez did a complete repipe on our home in March of this year. They did an excellent job. The crew was professional and efficient. The price was very affordable and included the drywalling. Mr. Anaya and his son do beautiful work. You can't even tell there were holes in my walls. I would definitely hire this company again and I highly recommend them.

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.
