The second seller they helped was when the sewer inspector called out an issue. The buyer called for three estimates, Rocketman and two other big companies. The house sits lower than the sewer line and has a lift system to push the sewage uphill to the main. The sewer line will always have some standing water, by design. The big company in town with three initials gave a bid to replace the complete sewer line. The new line wouldn't fix the issue - standing water in the line. However, Rocketman and the other plumber came to the same conclusion that the line doesn't need to be replaced. The line functions as designed.

Attention Realtors - here is an honest, reasonably priced plumber that isn't going to kill the deal!

Good scheduling process, good technician with lots of knowledge he was willing to share, but VERY expensive. My fix was pretty straight forward, took less than 30 minutes, technician used my ladder (I offered it to him) and it was almost $200. I think they had some wiggle room in how much they charged me and still keep the ability to make a profit. Expensive learning opportunity.

Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. You know how sometimes you spend money on things and are not completely satisfied? This has never been the true for us with Courtesy. They have done a number of projects at our home over the years including removing our swamp system and replacing it with a new furnace and refrigerated air, replacing our water heater and installing hot water re-circulation, and this week replacing a bathtub and installing new fixtures. The work and the staff are exceptional and have always provided great customer communications and service. With Courtesy, we always feel it is money well spent.

Technicians came by my home to switch off my swamp cooler and turn on my heat. Seemed to know what they were doing but turns out, didn’t take out the damper to the furnace so I had no heat. I would think this is something simple they wouldn’t have forgotten.

My household woke up to a freezing house and heating system not working. I called them up and they came out within hours. Everything was fixed and they made improvements to our existing heating system at a very affordable price. I highly highly recommend them!

At first I was happy with their service, but after we signed up for a yearly contract with them, the service went down hill. It has been almost 100 degrees outside all week and our AC on one side of our building is not working. We have called everyday this week to schedule service and no one is calling us back. I have employees working in horrible conditions. This is unacceptable.
