Best Cooler Installation in Albuquerque NM

AWFUL!!! DISRESPECTFUL ACTIONS AND COMPLETE DISREGARD FROM FIELD STAFF AND OWNERSHIP. My mom Lena Reyes, who is 84, spent $949 to have a water line valve leak repaired, two faucets replaced and a shower leak repaired. On 5/26/22, Rocketman employee Doug C. and another employee arrived at my mom’s house to perform the work. After the workers left, and water line opened, the sprinklers came on. This should not happen if the sprinkler valves are closed. My mother called them on 5/27/22 to let them know one faucet they replaced was leaking and the new problem with the sprinkler valve. An appointment was set for 6/2/22. The employee came out on 6/2/22 but said he was not prepared to work on a sprinkler valve and did not look at the faucet. Another appointment to address the issues was scheduled for 6/9/22. Employee Doug C. again returned and inspected the faucet and found it leaking and attempted repair. I then tried to explain to Doug the issue with the sprinkler valve, he only wanted to talk past me and over me. He did not want to listen only talk. Disrespectful with me and with my mother who he told he was tired of explaining himself to her. They left and the faucet still leaks. I have called three times to inform them the faucet still leaks and to try and get answers about the sprinkler valve, 6/9/22, 6/13/22 and 6/16/22. Each time with a promise that the owner is aware and he will call me. I have yet to hear from the owner regarding work that is currently under warranty.

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

Jeremy (manager) and Alex (install supervisior) were courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and very kind. They explained everything to me. Jeremy helped with PMN paperwork needed for rebates and Alex and Nolan did a superb job with the installation. B Carlson is very lucky to have them. I am so glad that I entrusted this job to their care. I am very happy with our new Coleman Heating and cooling system. I highly recommend B. Carlson to anyone for heating cooling and plumbing work.

Called Central plumbing about a slab leak and owner Mark came within two days to jackhammer, repair, refill and concrete within 4 hours for a 1/3 of the price!! Very pleased will call again and again. Thanks Mark

I had a emergency repair that needed immediate attention. Pro plumbing was there within an hour and had the hose bib fixed before noon. Great service and price.

AC stopped working . Called Affordable and they sent Thomas and he was great . Professional, communicated problem and how to solve it. I will use them whenever I need help

I had a swamp cooler system replaced with a modern HVAC system. I was really impressed with the workmanship that Antonio and Louie provided. Gerald and his crew replaced a dated water heater and replaced old valve levers on all sinks and toilets throughout the house. After a minor leak was detected, Gerald came back after hours to take care of it. Highly recommend!

Nathan arrived ahead of schedule and provided an estimate within 3 minutes of seeing my toilet I needed swapped. When he left, he sent 3 invoices, one for the free estimate, 1 for a toilet and 1 for the labor to install it. Very pleased with Nathan's visit.

John and Justin worked very hard to fix and ultimately replace our split system! They did an awesome job!!! Neil worked hard to have the main unit replaced under warranty and succeeded! I highly recommend Donner Plumbing and Heating!!!

After getting several bids on replacing our old propane furnace Custom-Air beat them all easily. Rick and Dave are absolute Pro's with meticulous work and excellent products. They were punctual and it was a pleasure to work with them with their positive attitudes and clearly knowledgeable work. They work extremely well as a team, made sure everything worked correctly, and cleaned up before leaving! Simply the best. Our new Heil Furnace/Ac setup works great right out of the box and is incredibly more efficient. Highly recommended!

Our new system worked flawlessly all summer! First cool fall day today in the East Mountains and switched over to heat which worked perfectly. Thanks Custom-Air for a job well done!
