Best Commercial Water Heater Installation And Repair in Albuquerque NM

I called Rocketman yesterday morning for an estimate for water heater replacement. I have been without hot water for 2 WEEKS trying to get my home warranty company and their assigned local contractor to do the work. Delay after delay. Ken with Rocketman came to give me an estimate within an hour after calling their office. He was kind, respectful, clear with information and patient with me as I was so frustrated with the past two weeks. GOOD NEWS- Rocketman is installing my new water heater this morning!!!! Thank you Ken and Rocketman - wish I’d given up on my warranty company sooner!!!!

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

On time, very efficient, pleasant, even shoveled the snow in my driveway while he waited for the duct air to heat up.

Had two encounters with Affordable. First was last year (2016), leaky water heater that I knew needed replacing. Their technicians came out end of the day. The pilot light had gone out to the leak. He dried the area, relit the pilot and said what I already know, you need a new water heater. He did not charge for the visit, I appreciated it and kept them in mind if for when I could afford a new water heater.So I called them yesterday (they’re local to Rio Rancho and I try to keep my money in the area if possible) when I was experiencing a furnace problem. The furnace was running but putting out room temperature air. Contacted them via website early to get the ball rolling before they were open. Finally got a call about 3 hours later to talk about my problem. Met their tech at the house at 12:15, his name was Adam I believe. I know everyone should be allowed to have a bad day at work. This guy really did not seem like he wanted to be there or I reminded him of someone he didn't like. His first question was “have you thought of replacing it. Note this while he was doing diagnostics.I thought long and hard about whether I should do this review. After reading the others from the past few weeks I think it’s worthwhile that I do it. By the time he was done he pulled the motor and housing which needed cleaning. Replaced the Flame Sensor and Furnace Draft Inducer Blower (which I had bought previously and had sitting on the shelf). He reminded me since he was installing it there would be no warranty. Maybe an hour and a half work at most the flame sensor is anywhere from $ 10-25 on the internet. My total with tax? $ 545 and change. Excessive, I was in a bind and needed it done. Never again. You’ve lost a customer but I’m sure there are more out there. There are two other local HVAC companies here in Rio Rancho, they’re get the next call.Update : 2/27/2017, received a call from Kevin at Affordable over my review. He wanted to see how he could respond to what occurred. He also said I should have called them if I was unhappy.. Why would I call, I contract you to perform a job and then I post the circumstances and what occurred. I was issued a partial refund of $ 100 for installation of my own part. Its appreciated but its doubtful I will be using Affordable again, better to just move on.

I was blown away with the professionalism and responsiveness. They worked around my schedule versus the other way around. I will refer this business to all of my friends.

I contacted Wagner after having another company come by to give me a quote to fix my unit. The previous company added dye and found a leak. Since the cost was in the thousands for repair, I wanted to get a couple of quotes to ensure I pay a fair and reasonable, competitive rate to a company that will provide good service.The technician with Wagner was very salesy. Which was not what I was looking for. I wanted someone to come take a look at what was wrong and let me know my options and pricing. However, from the start I was told the previous technician could have used a highlighter and not dye to test for a leak and then proceeded to let me know how much it would cost to remove all the refrigerant I had in my system to replace with their refrigerant and their dye to verify that it was in fact the leak and not highlighter which would cost $1,700.Then the technician asked what the previous company quoted me and said that was too cheap and said the previous wanted to Frankenstein my unit and there is no way wagner would Frankenstein it if they were doing it because if something else broke we would have to replace everything to make it work. He then recommended replacing everything for $13k and another option was $14k. Proceeded to let me know they had financing options.Then after the supervisor arrived to bring a UV light to help determine if it was highlighter or dye, he came back in and offered a “Frankenstein” option (fixing the broken parts with another brand) after he originally said he would never recommend that or do that and that I should just buy a new unit because if I didn’t I would be in the hole thousands of dollars anyway.The visit lasted from around 1230 and it was around 4 when he left. He sat in his van for most of the time but it was still a little frustrating because I do work from home and had meetings throughout the day. It almost seemed like he was just killing time more than anything. the actual time he spent looking at the system was only about 30 minutes.I just immediately got the feeling of not being able to trust this company with the high pressure sales to basically say the previous technician was trying to screw me and pushing for a new unit. As well as the length of time spent in and out of my house but not really spending that time on the work. I felt like this was a very unprofessional service call.The supervisor, however, seemed to be very professional when he came by and like I said suddenly after he came the story changed to them being able to fix the area that was broken and not having to buy a brand new unit. It most likely is just the technician I had but needless to say I likely will not be calling Wagner back in the future.If I want high pressure sales I will go to a car lot.

RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

WMF team was highly recommended and did a fantastic job cleaning up a bad sewage spill under my home. WMF team came to my home in less than an hour after my call, gave me an estimate of expenses and started the work immediately. They are honest and highly competent.

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

Great cutomer friendly company. Definitely should give them a call.
