Major plumbing problem - water was leaking from the underground line that runs to the house. Rocketman was able to identify the problem within a matter of minutes, and had it fixed by the end of the day. Barney was especially helpful in assessing and explaining the issue.

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

An interesting experience. I called Central about a plumbing leak under my bathtub in my crawlspace. When the guy came out to assess the situation, he refused to enter the crawlspace, saying that he'd seen dozens of such leaks and didn't need to go into the crawlspace to see it for himself. He expected me to explain the leak and its source and its severity even though I hadn't been down there myself (too old for that now). He eventually said he'd provide an estimate for the repair -- or at least what he thought would be the repair -- but never did so. When I called to ask about the repair estimate, all I got was an answering machine. So I emailed the company but never got a response. Apparently they don't need the work.

Sigi at PRO Plumbing is the absolute BEST. I've used him for years and he always finds time to quickly fit me into his schedule. His work is top quality and his professional relationship with the inspectors is A-level. Highly recommend this contractor.

This place has done my heating and AC the last 3 years and is the best and reliable and reasonably priced.

Contacted MGP for a warranty repair on our AC. They were available to come assess the issue within a few days, which was much quicker than anyone else in town! They ordered the needed parts and had us up in running in just a few days, which is also much quicker than anyone else in town could do! MGP reps had great communication during the process. MGP reps were knowledgeable about our system. Very happy customer!

They told me the truth -- that, in my case, it wasn't that important to do serious mold recovery. In other words, they were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics about black mold. Honesty from people in this line of business is priceless...!!!

Donner Plumbing is a great service! They've been out to our house for several different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because we don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Neil, who schedules the jobs, and he has been super helpful in getting help for us as quickly as possible. Joseph and Tristan recently replaced our evaporative cooler (which was a complicated job) and were extremely kind to my mom. They worked for hours in this terrible heat and never gave up.
