I called Rocketman to install or check out the faucet in my main bathroom. Scott from Rocketman was very professional, viewed the problem with my leaking faucet, determined that I needed a new faucet and purchased and installed the new faucet (the same quality and type of my old faucet) on the same day. I will call Rocketman/Scott for all my future plumbing issues. Thanks!

Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

Had my seasonal switch over done by Ryan. He arrived when he said he would. He was very personable and efficient. Answered my questions with patience and in language I could understand. No industry jargon, just plain English. Thank you B Carlson for having such a great employee. Kris, in the office, is also great to work with. I look forward to speaking with her when it's time to schedule my seasonal change over.

We have a swamp cooler that was running but not cooling. They were able to serve us within a few days, rather than the 2 weeks others quoted. Nice guys, on time, quickly discovered the pump needed replacing. They replaced the pump but still not working. Finally determined they had a faulty pump and had to go get another one. I was a bit bothered to have to pay for the time they spent working on the faulty pump they brought with them, but I guess that is standard practice.

Having a new HVAC system installed and had to have Wagner Electricians come out and work their magic. I can always count on Wagner to complete the job professionally and completely. Had a new water heater installed today, Steven was great, replaced quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and very professional. Wagner always gets a Five Star Rating when they do work at my home. Thank you all 🙂

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Rick and his partner did a great job. Very reasonable price. They were willing to work with me in every way possible. They did a professional job and left the site clean. My boss and a coworker also used Custom Air and had great service.

The positive reviews on here are friends and family. Just call to schedule and you can tell just by the way the girl answers the phone. I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere
