These guys are awesome! They were the only ones to make time on a Monday when my sewer backed up. Doug was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and patient as I followed him around and asked a zillion questions.

When the problem wasn’t resolved after his visit and we needed and estimate on possible sewer pipe repair he came the next morning after we called to get the estimate started. The next day a crew was digging and working to figure out exactly what was going on.

They communicated with my through the whole process and were awesome to talk to. Everyone that came to my house brought a good attitude and worked hard.My sewer pipe is done and I’m so happy that we came across this company.

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

Braden was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed repair and the cost. He didn't oversell things that didn't need to be done. Elise in the office was polite and informative. Mark responded quickly with quotes and invoices and receipts. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The entire experience was stress free and during a Pandemic. Everyone also wore masks. I highly recommend them.

I had a emergency repair that needed immediate attention. Pro plumbing was there within an hour and had the hose bib fixed before noon. Great service and price.

Jesse is q great plumber. He’s willing to tackle hard jobs that other plumbers won’t, like moving a shower drain over slightly.

Update (upgraded to 3 stars): Affordable contacted my fiancé, and they have made arrangements to fit us in tomorrow afternoon. They called before they saw this review, so I’m pleased to know that they were working on our issue behind the scenes. Fingers crossed the AC is back on tomorrow evening! Thank you for taking care of the customer, and thank you to Noah for reaching out to make sure all was ok.—————————They came out 2 months ago to repair our AC unit, which broke again 1 day later due to the repair work they performed. They came out again to fix it, and until last night it was fine. We had the after hours team come out, and they determined that the break was again due to the previous repair work. I was told they would absolutely be out today in the afternoon. I received a call earlier this morning that they can’t come until Monday at 1pm. Ridiculous customer service! Of course they are going to push us down the list, because they won’t be able to bill for this work! I have 3 dogs...It’s going to be 100 degrees for the next 3 days at least! What the heck am I supposed to do now!? Two options Affordable— 1. You say you’re a 24 business...find a way to fit us in the schedule like you said you would. 2. I will call another company and you will pay for the repairs they perform.

I am confused!! I paid for the check up club. The technician came and did a check up and I got charged another $80.00. Thought that was what I already paid for?? Can you explain???

Fixed my 12 year old basement ac. Only place in town that would touch it. Contact with Tom's RV was great. Tom's is great place, too. Fixing your RV these two places are the place to go if you are in ABQ.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!
