First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. I purchased a refrigerated air unit from Affordable 5 years ago. At the time they told me my furnace was in good condition and would not need replacement although another business had given me a quote that included a free furnace. For the past two years I had been having problems with the air unit not cooling my house properly. I had my unit recharged and my duct work altered which cost me close to $500 but it was still not cooling properly. A couple of weeks ago the unit froze up and was not working. I was told I needed a new furnace because the blower on my old one was not working. I was quoted on 3 units from $2500 to $4700. I decided on the $3300 unit. I was told I was being given a discount but when I priced the unit on line I wasn’t. I was angry because had the furnace been replaced at the time of the air unit it would have been half the cost. The unit was replaced on a Friday and on Saturday when I returned home the air was not working. I called the after hours number and they sent out the service manager. He looked around at the unit and the furnace and could not diagnose the problem. He told me to call if the same thing happened the next day. The exact same thing happen on Sunday and another tech came out. He was very helpful and found out that a tube had come off the unit so cold air was blowing into my attic for 2 days which is where my new furnace is located. I am very dissatisfied with Affordable and their lack of professionalism and customer service. I can’t say that I would recommend them to anyone looking to convert from swamp cooler to refrigerated air.

Nathan and company worked hard to fix our boiler and heat problem. They had to break up the concrete in the living room to repair the heat. Repaired the problem efficiently.

The mold removal company I used was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone! There was a lot of mold in the entire house. The mold is also the cause of my skin allergy. The company was contacted to remove it. I found this company online. It was a pleasure to work with such professional technicians. The process of mold removal was done quickly and efficiently. It was great!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I’d love to leave a review of their work, but they never showed up and didn’t even bother to call to let me know that they couldn’t make it.
Very disappointing.

We had a complicated issue with a mother board replacement on our heat/air system. Our Tech, Cortez really stayed with it to get it right. Very honest. They also stood behind their work. Recommend.
