I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

Braden and Mark always show up on time, perform quality work, offer tips on smaller tasks that I can do on my own, and do it all at a fair price. Many jobs they've done for me even ended up costing less than originally estimated.

Thomas came out to repair a broken bathtub faucet. He did excellent work. He was friendly and knew what he needed to do. When he was finished all worked well, he cleaned up and was gone. Next time I need a plumber I'll definitely ask for Thomas he's one of the good ones.

Very impressed by this company. Barney and Reese did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. They were on time, efficient and knowledgeable and made sure to clean up when the job was done. I called to make an appointment Thursday morning and the installation was complete by Friday evening!

John and Justin worked very hard to fix and ultimately replace our split system! They did an awesome job!!! Neil worked hard to have the main unit replaced under warranty and succeeded! I highly recommend Donner Plumbing and Heating!!!

We had a blockage in our main sewer drain. I called another company first who scheduled me for service 3 days later, but put me on their urgent list to be contacted IF there was a cancellation throughout the day. We can't go 3 days without flushing! I called Albuquerque Plumbing next, it was 8 am and they literally booked me for an 8-10 am slot. The tech, Robert, called before he arrived, he was kind, professional, respectful, and transparent. I requested another service that I'd been meaning to do but forgot, and he had no problem adding it on to the visit. He was done by 9 am!! Outstanding service! We will absolutely use these guys again in the future.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
