On August 3rd 2017, I called Central Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for an estimate. They came right over and after the estimate they gave me a very reasonable price, pleased I said yes and they were able to start immediately on the job. In no time they were done, the guys were very polite and helpful to all my questions they went above and beyond what I was expecting (due to bad experiences in the past). Furnace went out on a Sunday and I have an elderly father living with me so I can't let house go cold for too long. Monday a.m. I call Donner and Neill has Joseph out by 930am and the Furnace is repaired and running before noon. The receptionist, Neill, and Joseph all very professional. The repairs are warrantied. Didn't research how competitive their rates are but it didn't matter because time was of the essence and it was a very good experience. Will likely use them again.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

This is the second time I used ABQ. The first time they put in a garage sink and did a good job. Today I was checking if they could get hot water to the master bedroom quicker. Long story short, they could for $1800 or Jerod explained and showed how turning on the tub for a minute would accomplish the same thing for $0.0. I chose the latter! Great company that put my best interest above their immediate profit. They've got my business for life!

Alexa is the worst customer service representative I’ve ever had to deal with. She was unable to hear my frustrations about her having her tech turn off my cooling WITHOUT any authorization and would yell at me and hung up on me twice! Despite me telling her I recorded these conversations, she claims she never hung up. I would LOVE to have the owner/boss of this business contact me to have these recordings sent over.

Wife called around 8 am and scheduled an appointment for 1-3 pm. Told the lady that answered we had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Tech shows up 2 hours late. Then precedes to tell my wife he does not have the right tools and the guy who does won't be able to come until tomorrow. When my wife starts to call for another plumber to come out he says good luck and you might as well wait for us to come back. When I call the next day to speak with management. The same lady asked why I needed to speak with someone. I told her what happened now all the sudden she is a manager. She then starts to make excuses why this happened. Because I called Rodgers we waited around all day, and paid at least double then what we should have due to off hour charges. Bottom line call someone else. Not with your time.

This company is the only one of more than half a dozen I called who actually answered the phone. They also came out the same day, knowing we were without heat. I was very happy with service and will stick with them for all my heating/AC and plumbing needs.

I called Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing out to diagnose my furnace because it stopped working. They were able to get a technician out within a couple of hours. My technician Derek was awesome! He explained everything to me, ansered all of my questions and had my heater on quickly! He was very courteous and efficient! Thank you Derek! I will count on Signature for all of my future heating, cooling and pluming needs in the future.

My wife and I have had a wobbly toilet for a while now, but only recently noticed a bit of water coming out from under the base. In addition to the toilet, it was time for us to winterize the swamp cooler - always a pain in the behind and I was pumped to find out that there was an opening in just a few days.

Rudy was on time, professional, and extremely patient while I tagged along and asked question after question. I'm not super handy, but I like to know what's going on. After winterizing our swamp cooler he came in and quickly explained the issue with our toilet, cleaned up, and fixed it. What would have taken my wife and I many weekends, he was able to do in naught half an hour.

On top of the swamp cooler and toilet, I asked how I might fix a leaking shower faucet. Again, in a blink of an eye, he had taken the shower head off, swapped the o-ring, and applied some plumbers tape - leak destroyed!

Pricing was more than reasonable and we will be using the RX services again!
