Mark and his team are amazing! They hooked us up with a swamp cooler called the Breezeair and I have never been happier. It works similar to an a/c unit but its still swamp. I have been very happy with my unit and last summer it kept my house 70° ,the whole summer withour raising our electricity too much or even water. I highly recommend them and their services. I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things. Scott recently helped me fix up my folks needs because I couldnt get it done myself. They literally cried they were so pleased. Thank you Scott!!!

Mr Navarro and the whole time we’re prompt cordial and worked very hard all day in the heat❗️he did not leave until 6:50. He was patient in explaining and going over all paper work he deserves some recognition!!

We called because our pipes froze. Nick showed up dropped the water pipes in our attic, so we won't have frozen pipes again. While fixing that he discovered our hot water heater had a leak and repaired that as well. Probably saved us a couple of thousand in repairs down the line. He was fast, courteous, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

I've known the owner for a long time and watched her pour her heart and soul into this company. She's used all her experience and contacts she's made through the years to do whatever she can to make the environment a positive and wonderful place to work. While I cannot speak to the quality of the actual work performed having not experienced it first hand, I know that nothing would be allowed to be sub-par. As an HVAC tech myself, if I lived closer instead of across the country, I would absolutely work for First Rate.

My mother had them connect her swamp cooler & it worked for 1 day. She is calling them every day to let them know it stopped working & they Never Call her back. My mother is over 80 years old. This is really sad.
