First guy could not fix problem 2nd time guy better and fixed. One of the guys shut off water under sink to RO and refrig. no ice by Friday. Refused to come back on Saturday without extra charge. Got someone else to fix their mistake unprofessional.

Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

I have used B. Carlson for years and they always give great service at a fair price. We recently had a backed up kitchen sink and P4Tony came out and took care of the problem. I will continue to use Carlson for our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. Thanks for the excellent service!

My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

My experience was great! My heater in my new home was not working even after I had someone come and inspect it. The first few days were freezing in my house and so I called and someone was able to come out that day! He knew exactly what the problem was and showed me and explained to me what was causing the heater to not work. He was was thorough and did an all around great job. My heater is now working perfectly and I am able to stay warm. I highly recommend!!
