I was surprisingly impressed with my entire experience with Rocketman Plumbing. I called other national branded plumbing companies and they didn’t even answer their phone or weren’t available till the following week.

Here’s the really surprising thing (in my experience with Albuquerque customer service), the receptionist was very friendly, professional, calm, and informative. She gave me a specific time that the tech would call me back. The tech called me an hour earlier than she told me he would call me.

I’m a tech guy and was very impressed with their use of GPS and text notifying me by text that the location of the tech and how far away he was.

I wasn’t there to meet the tech but my wife said that the tech was very friendly, upbeat and humorous (another rarity in Albuquerque’s customers service field).

Our toilet wouldn’t flush and he quickly found a tree stump growing in the toilet drain. He competed his work in an hour which was fair. Other companies said it would be a 3-4 hour job.

If your looking for a plumbing service with great and fast service I highly recommend Rocketman Plumbing. We’ll be definitely calling them for our other properties.

Helpful, clear, and reassuring the job is going to get done

I received a service time frame of 9-12 on a Monday so I had to take the morning off. They called at 8:53 and I didn't answer because I was in another part of the house and didn't hear my phone. When I returned the call at 9:20 I was told I would have to reschedule since I didn't answer my phone. No one attempted to call back or actually come to the house and knock on the door.

We've had Mark and Braden work on several of our rental houses, including preparation for sale. They rebuilt the ducting for an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler); replaced a swamp cooler; winterized and summerized swamp coolers; serviced a wall-mounted furnace and thermostat; cleared out drains; and reworked some vintage plumbing on a kitchen sink and clothes washer. They've always done a good job and we've been happy with their work, so we've become regular customers.

Sigi and his Pro Plumbing team are our go to company for anything from HVAC, Sewer line repair, home plumbing, you name it! Sigi and his team are outstanding! Jesse is q great plumber. He’s willing to tackle hard jobs that other plumbers won’t, like moving a shower drain over slightly.

Tony came out in the cold and snow to fix a sewage problem. He was fast, efficient, and most of all effective! Problem solved in under an hour. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Lastly, as the name says, the service was affordable. We'd give more stars if we could!!!! Thank you!!!!

MGP Mechanical is an absolute blessing. A very professional and high integrity business. My experience started with Mila Kirwin, who was very empathetic to the fact that I had been without hot water for some time and was getting me to the top of the appointment schedule. Then, I met with Gerald Peralta who came to troubleshoot my hot water heater’s issue. He called the manufacturer and due to his diligence, he found out that the unit was covered by warranty. He followed up with the manufacturer and got a newer replacement unit for my family. He called me to let me know that I would be receiving a new unit and the only thing I would have to pay for was the installation (not covered by warranty). He also scheduled me for an early appointment the next day to have it installed. The technicians that installed my unit were Gustavo Diaz and his apprentice Ken (didn’t get his last name) were equally professional and cared about my customer experience. I truly appreciated the text notification when the technician was enroute to my house. MGP Mechanical has earned my deepest appreciation and any and all referrals I can send their way.

I will never use anyone but Wagner. Everyone is helpful and professional, from the office staff to the technicians. They show up when they say they're going to, they explain everything in a way that I can understand, and they made sure I was all set before they left my house. It's so great to have a quality local business to rely on.
