Just bought a house which needs repairs so I contacted the company which uses Rocket man as a go to Plummer service. 1st appt was a no show. Neil said he didn't see me on his calendar. I called the insurance coverage and reported this. As I was on the phone they called Neil and he apologized and told them there was a high emergency to which my call was dropped or forgotten. He told them he would call me RIGHT AWAY to schedule a visit. Over a week has passed and no call.. So no I would NOT suggest using them.

Honest and 10x better than TLC...

Alex and his team did an amazing job looking and addressing some plumbing issues I have. They also did an amazing job installing and mounting a new fridge. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Braden was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed repair and the cost. He didn't oversell things that didn't need to be done. Elise in the office was polite and informative. Mark responded quickly with quotes and invoices and receipts. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The entire experience was stress free and during a Pandemic. Everyone also wore masks. I highly recommend them.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Scott was on time and personable when reviewing our new home's heating and cooling systems. He helped us understand how to maximize efficiency and take good care of our A/C and radient heat. He also allowed me to follow him up on the roof so I could establish a baseline of what was normal for our air conditioning units! Good education and maintenance.

I have employed Donner Plumbing for projects both large and small around my house for about ten years now. While I have generally been very pleased with their service, I will not be calling them out again after today. It took a plumber (Damien) and an apprentice (Ricardo) three and a half hours to clear two partially blocked drains, winterize my swamp cooler, and turn on my furnace, which added up to a charge of over $600! As I explained to the service manager, at these rates Donner is pricing me out of the market for their services. I can only describe this charge as rapacious. Neither of these plumbers had been to my residence previously, and I don't plan on giving them the opportunity to overcharge me again! I am waiting to hear back from the service manager, who promised -- at least -- an explanation for the exorbitant charge. Very disappointed to find I can no longer rely on my favorite plumbing company.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Stay away from this company. I have dealt with them for years now. They have become too full of themselves. They are now deceptive and will try and squeeze every penny they can. Since Anthony stopped doing service calls it’s all down hill from there. Completely disappointed in this company.

We have used E & M on several occasions. When our water heater went out the work was done swiftly so we weren't inconvienced by being out of hot water. We found the repair expense very affordable! We will continue to recommend E & M to our friends and family!
