First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Our tankless hot water heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning and Plumbing Express had it replaced by Monday afternoon for half the price quoted by TLC. Lanni was fantastic at arranging for the estimate and install date keeping in touch via text throughout the process. Christopher took care of the replacement in just a few hours and was super friendly. Two cold showers was worth saving $3,000 and being treated with respect. Thanks Lanni and Christopher!

I had a hard time getting someone to call me back after multiple attempts to have my work completed. Once I got a hold of someone, it took a couple weeks to have the work actually done. If the pricing hadn't been so competitive, I would have gone somewhere else. I was sorely disappointed to see my poor lawn ripped to shreds after the work was done, though I suppose there is no way around this.
