My husband installed our furnace in the attic. There were just a few issues with it we needed help with. The Rocketman service guy went up our creaky ladder to get there without complaining. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything and had great suggestions. The furnace runs like a champ. We recommend Rocketman!

Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

I was looking for a plumbing company to install a water heater for my grandparents in abq while out of state. My grandfather was happy with the work and with the gentleman who helped him reschedule. I would use these guys again they seemed easy to work with and did a great job for my family!

I was out of hot water for a week and it was such a hassle thank God for Tony showing up and helping us out . He got our water heater fixed within half an hour ! So grateful!

I discovered that the pipes under my kitchen sink had been leaking for months causing my cabinet floor to buckle. The technician from central plumbing recommended that all the pipe lines be replaced under the sink. He removed all the old pipes and replaced them with new stuff. He did the work fast and cheaply and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks!

Kurt and Brian came to my house and repaired my leaking swamp cooler, a leaky pipe under the crawlspace of the house, replaced a drain and a garbage disposal. They were both very professional, friendly, competent, and courteous, and the work was done in a very timely manner. Everything is working perfectly!I had to call Affordable Service last month for a few more repairs, and Tony Sena completed the work, which involved putting a new washer box in, putting a water pressure reducing valve in and tightening a loose toilet to the floor. He also was very knowledgeable, prompt, competent, and did a great job with all the work. I would highly recommend this company!

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the system. Would have been 5 stars but my appt was at 0900....I received a message at 0854 saying they were on the way but they didn't get there until 1130. I called to check and they had been sent on a different call. The work still got done and it's a great system!

I called them and told the whole situation.They drove to my house and it took two hours.They did their work honestly.They charged only for their work. I have very good experience with WMF and team. We had previously used Valdez brothers and they were great, so we were quick to call them when we moved into our new house. We asked Valdez brothers to come install our new water softener right away to avoid getting that pesky hard water buildup in our new shower and appliances. Initially it was installed incorrectly and caused a small leak in our garage. I called and they came right away to fix it. However it leaked again and from the same spot. This time it caused water damage to the wall of our garage. After not seeing a difference in our water (we saw water spots everywhere and there was no difference on test strips) we had it checked months later by a different plumbing company. It was never installed correctly! This was after three different plumbers from Valdez brothers had come to our house and assured us it was up and running. Very disappointed.
