We had a problem with our tankless hot water tank. They came out the next day to review the problem. The service was fantastic. The 2 other places I called would not come out for over a week. One of two 40 gallon hot water tank started leaking.the project manger came out right away .Not only did the tanks need replacing,but he pointed out the plastic rings around the coper pipe inlet was melted.He also pointed out by putting your hands near the exhaust stack shield the exhaust was not going up the chimmney and said it was clogged . it turned out he was 100 percent correct when they opened the flu going into the chimmney it was clogged solid.This could of turned out to be a disaster but wound up to be an excellent and positive new install of a tankless heater . Not only did it save me from carbon monoxide ,it saved from chimmney repairs .T Mark and their crew Alex , Derek ,and their project manger deserve 10 stars . They responded right away and was very professional .The previous owner had a plug in co2 detector in an outlet but never went off .I Highly recomend using T mark for their honesty and their quick response.

Needed a new circulating pump for my boiler. Tyler easily took care of the replacement. My system is up and running again. All is warm and quiet once again.
