Best Water Heater Replacement in Buffalo NY

Installer gave a big line about honest work and business ethics. Till he wrote out the bill the price for changing a bathroom faucet my wife and I were shocked. Never again!!! No, it was not the owner he from what I hear is honest.

Derek, Ken, Chris and Ryan were great. They installed a whole house generator system for us. They were pleasant, professional and kept me very much in the loop and made sure all my questions were answered. They had to remove some sod to place the outdoor stand and Ken was nice enough to move the sod to another place on my front lawn where we had some prior damage. Great group of guys and a great company

They were a bit pricey but did excellent work. Cleaned up after themselves nicely but did forget to come back and level back off the yard. Otherwise they would of got 5 stars!

Very satisfied with Steve the plumber who came and also with Logan who contacted our Insurance Company.

Roy's installed a new high-efficiency furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier. The team was hard working and very knowledgeable. During the install, they encountered an unforeseen problem with the existing ductwork (something odd that was done at the time the house was built). They made multiple revisions to the ductwork so that the airflow would be corrected (otherwise the new furnace and AC would have limited impact). That extra work, along with the installation of a hard-wired smoke alarm, was done with no impact to the price I was quoted/paid. We have used Roy's as well for a hot water tank, a whole house generator, and various plumbing repairs, and we have always been very satisfied. Highly recommend!

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
