Best Water Heater Repair / Replacement in Buffalo NY

Discovered a leaking pipe in my basement over the weekend. Called and spoke with Dan at WNY plumbing. Dan had a guy out to my house within an hour of the call. Did a professional job at a very reasonable price. A very classy organization that has been around a long time. Keep up the great work!!!!

Michael came out today to give me an estimate, and he was very professional and friendly, however he tried to convey to the owner over the phone the nature of the job without the owner seeing for himself. Subsequently the estimate was ridiculously high and Michael insisted on 2 men to connect plumbing to new tub. It's a one man job and my costs would be to pay for an extra employee which raises an already high estimate, which seems like some gouging
going on.

The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.

Larry was very responsive, clean, and reasonably priced. He was able to diagnose my issue (clogged main sewer line) over the phone, put my mind at ease that it wasn’t a bigger issue, then come out to clean the line quickly. Will definitely call for any future needs.

Quick response for drain back up

Called Rotorooter after a different plumber quoted me $5000 to dig out a drain pipe and replace. Roto rooter came out right away they assessed cleaned out the drains reconnected to our duct system and saved me over $4000. All the technicians were so professional and definitely knew what they were talking about. They cared about helping us. Highly recommend.

On November 19th with all the snow, Anthony walked about 2 blocks to help me. The street and my driveway was not plowed but he came and took care of my problem. He deserves extra congratulations. Thanks again for your excellent service.
