I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Frank's Mr Plumber. They problem solved and always kept me informed of their progress. They responded in a timely fashion and followed Covid protocol. I would definitely recommend Frank's for any plumbing or basement issues.

Having Don remodel our kitchen has been nothing but a pleasant experience. He is so knowledgeable with anything and everything, it is impossible not to learn something from him everyday. So far, Don has upgraded our electrical, plumbing, gas-lines, drywall, and light fixtures. He has gone above and beyond to make everything perfect and I can't wait to hire him for future projects. His work is exceptional, his prices are reasonable, and he even walks our dog! I wish I could give him a rating above 5 stars. Very highly recommend!

Chris and his team installed a tankless water heater today (6/6/23) and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, timely and did a fantastic job explaining how the system works and addressing my questions. Would recommend them to anyone.Update (9/15/23) - Andrew serviced our central air unit and provided a very transparent and thorough overview of the system and recommendations. His input helped me make an informed decision to replace the AC and furnace. Very happy with the service and overall experience.

We have a particular drain, which acts up just about every seven years, and has an odd bend that I just cannot snake. This is the third time we have used Roto Rooter for this particular problem. We could not be happier with how quickly Roto Rooter was able to respond. We called a little before 7PM, and the job was done by a bit after 8. The dispatcher on the phone, as well as the plumber (Luciano) were pleasant, personable, and professional. The price, although not cheap, was in line with the after hour rate for a drain snake from any other plumbing service. Luciano left everything in the work area clean and dry.
