Musso has always treated us well and do good work, and our furnace repair was no exception. Ahmed diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty part, and had us up and running that afternoon, and all the while was professional and courteous. He did great work for a fair price, and I am confident that we made the right choice going with Musso for this repair. Bonus points for them being able to send someone out the same day I called.

Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). First thing we did at our new house was replace the hot water tank & install a tankless. These guys are great to deal with & totally professionals. You'll be happy if they do work for you too.

Very prompt, professional service! Serviceman, Joel took extra time to label all my shut off and access valves. He explained everything ahead of doing the drain repair and told me up front what the cost was. The cost from another plumber was $640 - Cellino did the same service repair for $195. I highly recommend this company & plan to stay a customer!

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Jim Brainard was extremely helpful with my failed sump pump, explaining the cause and what my options were, and made the entire process simple and painless. I was worried about when someone would be able to come and potential water issues, and the customer service rep was very courteous and responsive when I called, and had Jim to my home within an hour or so. What a relief! Jim also did a great job explaining and teaching me about home safety regarding furnace filters, which I greatly appreciated. My Experience was very pleasant, my Tech was very informative

I understand they aren’t responsible for landscaping damage but their backhoe operator was less than cautious. Kinda careless. Then when the job was completed, I felt they took away too much dirt and asked for some dirt to be brought back. At the time of the job, the plumber even said, we took away more dirt than we though we would have. Well, apparently you took way too much. They didn’t return my call for a week and then when I called AGAIN, they declined. Spent nearly $10k and they couldn’t even bring over some dirt to keep a customer happy. They dispose of dirt from every job they do and I live a mile from their office. It wouldn’t have been a big effort but apparently too much for them. Then I needed a second job done a week later and they were $2k more than every other quote I got. Lucky for me, Cellino Plumbing offered to bring dirt, no questions asked.
