Zach came to help when I had an issue with a leak at my toilet at my new home. He was responsive, they called at 730 am to arrange to come, and we’re here by 1030 am. Zach was respectful, very informative and gave me more information than he had to. He offered some advice, guiding me in the correct direction for the non-plumbing issues that he diagnosed. I think he genuinely cared about helping to resolve all issues, even the ones that were not the plumbers responsibility. His help and knowledge was greatly appreciated. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Great guys. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and very reasonably priced. They quoted me a price and my bill was less then the quote.

called AM, visited PM, diagnosed problem which i already knew. (heat exchanger water supply inside unit burst in a 12 year old tankless system). They replaced next day. Mike and Tyler were efficient and did good work removing and reinstalling new unit.

Quote for job to be done was EXTREMELY high compared to other quotes received from a variety of plumbing companies. Me personally I would not go with Musso Plumbing as they seemed to be too over aggressive to get the job.

Found Hazlett Plumbing in the local penny saver and so glad I did ! Sam & Noah are very skilled and knowledgeable . Love being able to text and send a picture of what I need to be repaired. They show up on time and are very easy going. It's nice to have a plumber who is so thoughtful and caring.

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
