Best Heating System Installation in Buffalo NY

I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

Second time using them, can't say enough good things. Were able to service within a day of my call. Do a great job with everything they do, and at a fraction of what some of the national chains charge. I called for some help with my shower, and they ended up tightening up some pipes in my basement, and helped with my leaking washing machine all without me asking and without charging me extra, and my shower which probably hasn't been serviced in 50+ years is working like new. Will use these guys for any plumbing issue I have!

We had Ed Young’s Plumbing come to install a new toilet in our home. I was very pleased that they were able to offer appointments only a few days away from when I called. Their plumber called during the work window before he arrived. He was prompt, courteous and did excellent work. We will certainly use Ed Young’s again and recommend them to our friends.

We had a problem with our tankless hot water tank. They came out the next day to review the problem. The service was fantastic. The 2 other places I called would not come out for over a week. I ended up needing to replace my 12 year old system and again they were great to work with! I highly recommend them and would use them again

Liam from Cellino Plumbing and HVAC came out to check my sump- my new house had water after a big rain and, although we figured out why our pump didn’t work, we did the service visit anyway, just to be sure. Liam took a look, suggested a new pump but wasn’t pushy or expectant that I would purchase something from him. He then took me all over my house and yard to explain the drainage, plumbing, shut off valves, everything! I learned more about my house in that 30 min than I’ve ever known about a house. Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge!

Phil and his partner went above and beyond, I have an older home so they ran into a few roadblocks installing my new furnace but they powered through and still completed the job in the time he said he would. I am so glad I chose Zenner and Ritter. Integrity is not a word I get to use often but they sincerely deserve credit for their professionalism, fairness and doing what they say they will do in the time they say they’ll do it. Their quality shows through the owner and especially his employees. They run their business with integrity and I highly recommend them and will always call on them first. Great job.

Bryan Randall came to unclog our plumbing/sewage. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job unclogging it and providing us with solutions to ensure it did not happen again. He was thorough and checked out basement for any other sign of issues. I would hire again!

Nick came an hour early for a service call and David was early to install my new furnace. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and couldn’t have been more cordial. I will be recommending this company to any one who will listen.
