Best Heating Service in Buffalo NY

I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

Mike showed up exactly when they said he would. VERY nice friendly guy. VERY informative and up front. Receptionist over the phone was very friendly. James arrived later in the same day and did the work needed. And flawlessly! Again, very friendly and informative as he preformed his job. We had a problem with our tankless hot water tank. They came out the next day to review the problem. The service was fantastic. The 2 other places I called would not come out for over a week. I ended up needing to replace my 12 year old system and again they were great to work with! I highly recommend them and would use them again

I have worked around many plumbers as a contractor and the plumbers of 716 Plumbing stand out the most. Not only were they easy to work around, but I had noticed how precise their work is. They have great workmanship, and take pride in their work. This alone makes them stand out over the rest. I had also learned a lot about their background by working around them and talking to them. From the first call regarding our “blown” water heater to the completion of the replacement water heater the following morning, all went smoothly and we were happy to have hot water. Kevin came over and looked at the work we were asking to have done.
He gave us a run down of the work required and the cost. He nailed it.
On the day of the work being done, he showed up on time and provided the exact service he walked us through and the quality of the work was way above average. It was exceptional. He made it so easy. All we had to do is meet with him, sign the paperwork explaining the work and the estimate and then pay him upon completion of the work. But there's more.

A couple of the kids wanted to watch the whole construction job (they're very little kids) and Kevin and his partner on the job were amazing with them. They weren't annoyed by their presence and questions and were more than happy to humor them.

I highly recommend Kevin for his quality work, especially if you're having a bubbler installed but also for other work as well.

I attempted to use this company for a potential gas leak. They set me up for an AM slot and they never showed up. I attempted to call back several times and was hung up on. The lady I did speak with sounded wholy interested and I needed to repeat myself several times that it was an urgent appointment. They wrote down the wrong phone number to begin with which is why I never got a call back. The final straw was when she put me on hold mid sentance and sent me to a voicemail box when I asked for confirmation the plumber would comeif there was one.out with the proper tools to find the leak one.
