Had my hot water tank die on a Sunday. Called Jim Ando Plumbing - actually talked to the owner - and they had someone out there replacing it first thing the next morning. I was very happy with the way they urgently handled my situation. Service was great and the technician walked me through everything I needed to know about my new water tank.

These guys were nothing but great throughout the whole experience. I needed to get my main line in my basement capped, and then replaced with a wall hung sewer. They were quick to get out to do a free estimate, and more importantly their cost at time of completion was spot on with the estimate.
With the plumbing issue we were facing, they were able to get a date set up very quick, so as to not leave us with broken plumbing for weeks on end. Marc and Jon were there when they said they would be, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
They were professional, respectful of my home and noise level (working from home), always let me know when they were getting more material or taking some of the materials that were dug up back to their location to dispose of it. They didn't mind one bit when I wanted to see what was going on, just out of curiosity of the process and progress of the job, and also were respectful with face masks.
Couldn't be happier with the job they did, how quickly they were able to do it, and knowing it got done correctly so we won't have issues moving forward. They also did a video inspection of my line going out to the street, ensuring that it was in tact and in good shape, assuring there's another aspect of the plumbing that's good to go for the future.

I had a tankless water heater issue on the morning of a snowstorm. I called and got an appointment Within a few hours. Jeff came to house, a little before my scheduled time (not a problem). Jeff was very helpfull, fully explaining the issue and correcting the problem. I would recommend at any time and plan on using them for any future issues.

Came over to my parents house and hot water tank leaking. Kyle did awesome job replacing hot water tank off hours. Knowledge and friendly. Hard working and explained everything.

I found Hazlett by internet research. I did not have a major problem but it was not something i wanted to work on. Secondary Bathroom problem in small quarters...old fixture...old lines, busted flanges. Comments on website were very good. Website offered good company insight/experience and BBB did not have any negative inquires.
Called Sam and he was out within 90 minutes, as promised. I had told him when time allowed as the problem was under control. It was a quality and clean Job that was done the same day. Noah, who did most of the work that day was professional, courteous and neat.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
