Communications with Ando Plumbing are always pleasant beginning with office staff through to the tech. Got service within an hour from my phone call n the job was completed in a little over an hr. Tech replaced nearly all orig pipes (60 yrs old) under kitchen sink, installed a new faucet n sprayer, n added shut-off valves. This is my third time using Ando n I've been completely satisfied with each response time, performance time, craftmanship, n the tech's discussion before, during or after. The only thing I'd like to see is a senior citizen or repeat customer discount but I'm not sure if any plumber offers those incentives. Nonetheless, I plan to use them again for a major drain blockage in another home soon as they've more than earned my respect and appreciation for their professionalism.

We have had Ed Young’s out to our house previously to snake a shower drain. They did the job at what we considered a normal price so we had them back out a few months ago to snake the shower drain again and a bathroom sink that was slow draining.
The plumber who came was nice enough. He was able to clear the shower but told us that the sink drain pipes would need replacement. He left the sink drain worse than when he arrived, it wouldn’t drain at all anymore. When I called back to tell them they had actually made it worse the man I spoke to was rude and told me there wasn’t anything they could do if we didn’t replace the pipes. My husband called them back again to ask about replacing the pipes and nobody ever returned his call.
Well, we’ve saved some money up and had a different plumber out to our house tonight to look at the pipes and give us a quote for replacement. Guess what? That plumber was able to snake the sink drain in about an hours time. He told us that he knew it could be done because the sink pipes were in decent shape and a wider diameter than normal. He told us the only reason another plumber wouldn’t have been able to do it would be because they were lazy and impatient. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!

We were looking for a faucet repair. We had the replacement parts that Kohler Company had sent us. Jake from Musso was very pleasant, cordial and knowledgeable but had to apologize saying that just installing replacement parts was something they couldn't do as this often resulted with further faucet problems which they did not want to be responsible for.

Rick provided excellent service replacing the main water valve. I highly recommend 716 Plumbing!

I contacted Rich and he was able to set me up with Jeff who came first thing in the morning. Jeff was considerate of our time and was very professional. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Our air conditioner is now working great!

The work was done on time, the right way, and is warrantied for years to come. I am so grateful to have found Frank's Mr Plumber based on their quirky little trucks. Brian was above and beyond knowledgeable in speaking with him over the phone and discussing all the options we had available. I feel he went above and beyond to make the plumbing work look good and not have to cut through cabinets which may have been easier on him to do, but he was willing to do the more difficult task for a better end product.
