Highly recommend Jon and his crew. If you live in the Buffalo area and need a reliable, honest, fair and hardworking plumbing crew they will take care of you. I struggled for a couple years to find someone to work with for my plumbing needs that would fill these requirements. This company will schedule a two hour window with you and they will show up. They send email appointment and quotes that are written up thoroughly and emailed to you. They allow you to pay online or in person and they accept payment once the job is completed to your satisfactory. I am so happy I found them. They also are very professional. They are established - have a great logo, business cards... etc. I was very impressed!

Called a month ago to have my forced air furnace serviced,this company has been sending me flyers for years.Appointment was booked,the office staff member never inquired about my furnace,it's a standard forced air furnace.They have called twice to give me an appointment that was sooner( by a few days).I'm at home waiting for their arrival today, when their secretary called me and said the manager told her to call me as they cannot service the type of furnace that I have?Talk about unprofessional, I called and got another appointment with a reputable company,the gentleman told me ( after he chuckled) that Reimer absolutely services the kind of furnace I have!Luckily ,they are able to come in 3 days for half the price!I'm not recommending these guys to anyone!Just tell the truth,we had a storm and you have bigger,better jobs for more money.Super unprofessional!!!!! Stop sending out flyers for furnace cleaning and service if you don't want to do it!!!

We had a great experience with Keiffer’s when our sewer backed up last week. They came out that day and arrived the hour they said they would, which is so important. The service man was efficient and and answered all my questions. Would definitely use them again and not just for emergency situations!
