I had Sam and his helper Noah install a whole home water filtration system I had purchased for my home. Sam suggested I directly bypass the system for outside faucets to save the filters. It was a great idea. Both guys did a fantastic job on the install. The were quick, thorough and left a very clean work area. Would recommend them to anyone.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

This is the second occasion in the past 5 years that we had Roy's come to the house ... Both times we were impressed at how professional the guys are... Very knowledgeable ..and willing to work with you a bit.... These guys know how to treat their customers... Many companies are out there and we've had a few in our home ...but Roy's stands out ...having plumbing work done in your home is not always cheap.... It can cost some money to get it done especially sewer lines... Those who show respect and show good customer service are the ones I am will to give the job to...

We had a great experience with this company when our heat stopped working on a late Saturday evening. Keith was prompt and knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure it got fixed, even running out to get parts after hours to make it happen. A real person who cares about doing the right thing. We are very appreciative of his work!

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
