Best Emergency Service in Buffalo NY
Called about a leak and they were there the next day . If I would have waited another day it would have been bad apparently. Did great work fixing everything and cleaned up everything. Doesn’t even look like there was work done down there I would recommend them to anybody. Technician David Slomba was excellent.

My tenant called and told me the heat was out (on an 8 degree Buffalo morning no less!) I called HH, within a half hour a repair guy was at the house, he located the part and finished the job. Total time from my initial phone call to the completion of the job was 2 hours. The workers were pleasant, its obvious the owners/management want their customers treated well and understand how to obtain repeat business. Fair price too. Great N Bflo business.

WNY Plumbing installed the water services in my house and has stood behind them every step of the way. Not many problems - but when we’ve had them, they are there to make it right. Will absolutely continue with loop WNY Plumbing into the future.

They came, they solved the problem, and they were honest.

I tried 3 plumbers prior to meeting Jeff and I can’t say enough about the great job they did . We had half of our yard flooded in back w clogged drainage in multiple areas. It was a swamp. Jeff and his colleague were quick to arrive and within 10 minutes - 1 they correctly assessed a problem immediately. 2. They came prepared to the job w 2 work trucks and high quality equipment necessary to fix the issue on the spot. 3. Price was very reasonable and not outlandish. 4. Jeffrey, the owner himself came to the job which made a big difference! This was the first time I used this company but glad I was able to find them. They’ve earned my business ! Highly recommended.

They replaced my tagaki tankless hot water tank.. they installed my first one and did such a great job I would not call any one else. Everyone I talked to explained everything and answered any questions I had. Great company to work with.

I was in a tough spot and Rick came through big time. It about 9 pm, about to go to bed, and I noticed my sump pump must have died because the water level in the sump well was almost to the top. Good thing I caught it, would have been a mess down there. He took care of me and didn't try fleece me like some big companies would have tried to, due to the after hours situation. Will definitely use them again
Thanks!
Thanks!

Jon was exceptionally professional and gracious in approaching my problem.T-Mark was very responsive and prompt with sending out someone to address my issue. Upon making my appointment, I received confirmation that my appointment had been scheduled via text and email. Additionally, on the day of service I received a text message with the name, as well as a photo of the person servicing the call. Great company & staff.

Mid-January, coldest day we’ve had thus far - got home from work at 7:00 p.m. and the house was cold. Furnace would not click on. I tried lighting the pilot but the burners wouldn’t catch.Looked for after-hours service providers and called a few, Cellino had someone answering the phones who scheduled for a tech to come out ASAP.HVAC Tech Chris Ball came to the house around 9:30 p.m. Text with picture ID was very helpful.Chris was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Explained the problem and got the furnace going. My only issues:1.The woman who took my call said it was $150 just for the after-hours look. It wasn’t. It’s $199. ☹️ With Chris’s work to clean the system and get it going it was $323 just for the service call.2. Cellino quoted me $3,400 for a much-needed new furnace. I got a 2nd quote from one of the other guys I had called, (via a friend), for a new furnace prepped with A/C (prepped, not the cost w/ condenser), and a humidifier for <$3,000. Went with this one instead.

We had a generator installed in conjunction with an entirely new electrical box. From the salesman, Tom, to the generator installer, duane and a great electrical team, it has been professional with great quality work. I would use them again and again.

Highly recommend! Scheduling an appointment was very easy with a very courteous receptionist/scheduler. In this situation I needed someone quick after discovering the hookup to my washer was defective and a new washer was being installed in a few days. Plumber was courteous, professional and did a great job not only fixing but improving the valves. This company is staying on my go to list!!
