Wow. I absolutely recommend this plumbing business. They kindly came to the rescue when I called on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist, Vickie, was incredibly kind and was able to confirm the availability of a technician within minutes. Jeremy, the technician, was knowledgeable, honest, professional, thorough, and efficient. He covered all bases to ensure an accurate diagnosis for our water leak, even though I was an add-on to his Friday. Thank you, David Lies Plumbing! Christian was absolutely amazing!!! He called and came a day earlier than expected! Got my plumbing fixed in less than 45 minutes. He is the Best!! Explained to me the entire process. I called Roto-Rooter after I was charged a ridiculous price ($560) from a different company. The person whom I spoke with on the phone was friendly and after speaking briefly stated that a technician would be in contact with me about our situation. They called not even 10-15 minutes later. Keep in mind I had called them around 7 p.m and was surprised with how fast their response time was, I had a toilet where the clean out was clogged and needed to be drained.

The technicians on site communicated effectively and kept us up to date on what task they were doing. I wish I would have gotten their names because they were really great! They got the job done within 45 minutes to an hour and even put lining down to keep the area clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs services.

INEXPERIENCED.
Spent severl hours attempting to find leak. Even consulted supervisor to finally conclude it was a roof leak. I arrive home from work and immediately turn the water valve off to determine that it was irrefutably a plumbing problem (very consistant leak stopped). I then looked upstairs, under the sink, nearest where leak could be coming from and found both hot and cold valves seals were bad. In 20 minuest I did what this company could not, I am not a plumber. So calmly, expecting a quick fix sense there 6 hour issue of not knowing if it was plumbing, was magicly solved, of course I call to get the plumber back out to finish the job. And basically the response was that this was a different issue and they need another 65 dollors to come out and try again.. No apology. No remark about wrongfully suggesting roof issue. No mention about cutting my wall down without getting it approved by the company which claim was responsible for. I cannot believe they didnt think to shut the water off to deduce wether or not it was a roof leak or not. I used the word incompetent once i started to hear the phone reprisentitive started to get defensive and clearly not interested in helping, then hung up on me. Waste of money and a waste of time, insurance company is having them pay for damages to wall currently. Franlkin just found out it was the undersink stops and is replacing them, all done in less time lyday was here!

These guys have come to my rescue several times in the last year. Professional people, they know their stuff. Always here when they say they will be here. And affordable. I had an estimate from another place for $600-$900 dollars. On Time fixed my A/C the same day I called and for under $300. Customer for life right here! Thanks guys!
