The plumber that visited us was very down to earth and informative. He didn't try to scare us or up-sell us. Just did his job in a timely,professional manner. All plumbing is expensive in my opinion but Mr. Rooter was less than the competitors we called for the same job.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. First of all, I try to accomplish everything I possibly can around the house on my own... I had three water shut-off valves that I did not have the confidence to tackle on my own. David Lies was the first plumber I have ever called. They booked my appointment only 2 days out (non-emergency situation) but actually called and got me in the very next day. Evan was great at talking me through what to expect and Bob did an excellent job completing the task. If I had the courage to have tried to tackle this one on my own, it would have cost me about the same in material and tools... You can’t go wrong with these guys.

I was having an emergency and everyone was great. Very calm and professional even though I was in a panic. Chase and Dakota came quickly and had it all fixed up in 30minutes. Thank you so much!!

We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We wanted to update our sink and depended on them to make a decision on the type of faucet to use. The installation was done quickly and done very well. They are friendly, professional and cost efficient. We will use them for our future plumbing projects. Justin and Anthony were our plumbers.

Worthless sense of customer service and over priced

A gentleman named Casper came out gave me an estimate, a day or so later a gentleman named Donovan called me to set up a time to do the work, Casper showed up exactly on the time set for the appointment, performed the work in a timely manner, the amount charged was the exact amount estimated. Very professional people, I will use them this fall for another Plumbing project I was extremely happy with the whole process.

I've used Wichita Plumbing Company three times now, and I've never had such consistent and excellent service! Before I get into this review, let me just shout out the technician today Justin for his excellent service!

My first experience with them, I had a faucet that just kept leaking in my upstairs shower and, unknown to me, a sink downstairs that wasn't hooked up all the way and was leaking by my furnace, no hot water and a clogged sewage pipe. Lord, when it rains it pours!

They offered to stay and fix everything they found with the faucet issues but I had to get to work, so the repairs were split over two days, getting the drain cleared and after discussing my options and detailing prices with me installing a new water heater. Clearing the drain, installing and disposing of the water heater took under two hours and cost me under $1500 if I'm recalling the bill correctly! Quotes from competitors were 350 to do both drains and 1500+ for a new heater that they'd need to order in before it could be installed. Needless to say, I was thrilled!!

Today's 'repair' was caused by me putting noodles down the garbage disposal and it clogging both drains and my dishwasher, what I thought was a clogged sewage pipe, and a misbehaving faucet.

Justin came out, was 15 minutes or so early - caught me trying to clean house to make it seem like I'm not a semi slob in the process - and had everything diagnosed and in working order before he left at the scheduled start time.

The faucet wasn't getting closed all the way , it's center is slightly left - could fix but it's easier for me to just adjust, the dishwasher clog was remaining because I hadn't cleared the clog from the garbage disposal after running the draino, and while it might be an expensive fix down the line, the standing water is from my AC unit - not a clog.

For helping me with all of these issues, he wasn't going to charge anything because 'he didn't fix anything'. Bro, you fixed my anxiety and gave me the all clear to take more than army showers, so dishes and clean laundry without hauling them to my folks!!

To the owner, you've got great staff and I hope they get the recognition they so very well deserve! I can't thank my future father-in-law for putting me onto using your company, you've got my business for life!

On Time Plumbing had someone out the same day, even though I called after 1pm. Technicians were at my house less than 2 hrs later. The technicians were polite and took pains to not track snow into my house. Kevin clearly communicated what was needed vs suggested and completed the work in under 30 minutes. The total cost was definitely reasonable and there are no leaks!

3D came out to give us a second opinion about a leak in our basement from our master shower upstairs. They took the time to discover the problem and fixed it same day. I appreciate their professionalism and service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.
