I am so pleased with the service my mother received. They answered the phone and sent someone right away. They were able to make the repairs the next day. While the cost was big we feel that it was reasonable. All of the staff were courteous and respectful. They made my mother feel comfortable. I highly recommend this company especially for emergencies.

They were only one that returned our call. They were were on time, replaced leaking valves quickly and everything works great.

I had an external line that was sparking that I could not determine what it powered to shut off. The repairman came out in the rain after hours and determined what breaker it was attached to to turn it off. He returned the next day and removed the line. Very efficient and courteous.

Had the handles replaced on 3 toilets, and all 3 started running thru almost as soon as they left. The shut-off to one toilet had broken and leaked when they shut it off and they didn't mention how much or clean it up. I found out with ceiling damage below that it was quite a bit. One toilet still doesn't flush properly. I probably should have just tried replacing the toilet handles myself.

Arrived in the time that was given. Sent texts messages prior to arrival as well as a phone call. Very friendly, explained the process. Technician gave suggestions on what we need to to do for future maintenance. Casper was excellent, highly recommended.

Josh just left my house after installing cold and hot water and dishwasher valves as well as a minor repair in our bathroom! Great guy, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly! Could not ask for more!!! Awful service. I have been without a heater for the past 2 weeks because I can't get them to come out and finish what is required by my home owners insurance! Tried to tell me that my insurance denied the claim and I would have to pay in advance, when in reality my insurer never denied the claim. Secretary hung up on us a couple of times when we called in to the company, and we keep getting told that they will come that day to fix, and we never hear from them or see them again. Horrible!

I shopped around for someone to replace my old leaking water heater and was disappointed with the prices. I found Ballard Plumbing and called Brad out. He charged less than half the amount of some of the other companies and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly got the job done and got us hot water again. I will be calling him back for all my future plumbing needs.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
