Louis is a gem - he was prompt efficient and explained the process very thoroughly. We are definitely having him come back and update our bathroom in the basement. Richelle is also amazing at getting the paperwork and billing to us in a convenient manner - LOVE THE PLUMBING HELP TEAM!!

I almost gave up in my search for a professional to assess my obsolete basement lift/grinder unit, but Mr. Rooter’s representative answered the phone and quickly connected me with the right professional for my job. The scheduling process was flawless and efficient and I was informed and updated via text messages so there would be no surprises.

Brent assessed the services I requested, but also recommended that I replace the sump pump since it was nearing life cycle replacement. That was a good catch on his part and I believe saved me a mess down the road.

He performed all services thoroughly and effectively explained what he had done in terms I could understand. He’s obviously customer oriented and was professional, courteous, and friendly as he completed my job well within the assigned time frame.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.

I had water heater issue, when called they responded promptly and adjusted their schedule to show up on the same day to work on the issue.

Allow me to begin by saying, that I had NO idea that a PLUMBER was the professional to call to repair a gas leak. Long story short, we called Lyday Plumbing after smelling a gas leak in our home. The gas company shut off the gas to the entire house for obvious safety reasons. We were without gas heat or the ability to prepare food ( gas range) overnight. Matthew from Lyday Plumbing came out the next day and was able to isolate 3 separate leaks in our crawl space in the lines that lead to our gas fireplace. He shut the gas off to the fireplace in our crawl space so we could at least have the gas company restore gas to the rest of the house ( weather was dipping into the 30’s overnight). He was also able to provide a reasonable estimate of what it would cost to repair the lines. Matthew was very knowledgeable, personable and professional! We will definitely be calling Lyday Plumbing - and requesting Matthew specifically in the future! - Lamar & Cheryle Henderson

I can't say enough good things about this company. I didn't know who to call when I had a toilet broken issue. Looked online, they had good reviews. They were able to come out very quickly, diagnosed the problem and returned the same day! I'm do happy now. Toilets work and now they are quiet too! Thank you Lauren!!

Kevin and his apprentice changed out our hot water tank in 45 minutes. Kevin was very very very professional as was his apprentice. They did a wonderful job cannot be more pleased with the job they did .. Thank you sir
