Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.

Great company, quick on response time. Had our sewer back up and they came right out. The technician we had was named Tom. Tom was awesome and had a great attitude the whole time. He was very helpful and did great at explaining what was wrong. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. I would definantely recommend anyone to use this company. I wouldnt call anyone else. After many issues, and dealing with sub par plumbers. We hired wichita plumbing company and they were absolutely fabulous. They fixed our problem quickly, their prices were reasonable and the customer service was incredible. If you want your plumbing issue fixed right the first time, hire them!!

I used Lyday because I was forced to do so through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Lyday did not pull a permit to do the work on my house, below slab repair, and then did not have it inspected. The work done was not done to code and a plumber that came to my house later for a different reason was appalled with the work that was done. He asked me if I had done the work myself because it was unsafe and not done to code. He reported the work to the city inspector, at which time he said no work permit was ever paid for, and no attempt for an inspection was ever made. This project was about $1800 through Lyday and I am currently paying $3000 to have it redone by a qualified plumber. Future customers beware. I work hard for my money, and I really feel taken this time around. I will never use Lyday or American Home Shield for anything ever again.
