What we needed most, today, was FAST quality service. Our hot water heater sprang a leak which was already creating moppable conditions and was bound to get worse. I think Frederick plumbers showed up in less than two hours from the time of our emergency call and got a replacement tank installed within about three hours after that. MUCH appreciated.

These guys have come to my rescue several times in the last year. Professional people, they know their stuff. Always here when they say they will be here. And affordable. I had an estimate from another place for $600-$900 dollars. On Time fixed my A/C the same day I called and for under $300. Customer for life right here! Thanks guys!

Jason and Zyon were great. They worked quickly, were very knowledgeable, and answered any question I had for them with genuine interest. They worked thoroughly, and made sure everything was in pristine working condition before they left. My wife runs a daycare, and we had been without AC for almost three days, so the kids were hot and cranky. But Jason entertained the kids questions and was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

My family just bought a house and on a budget and they accepted the offer I had. Talked to me like I was a human and understood the situation of being a first time home buyer and took that into consideration and did not try to add on things I could not afford. They are respectful, and caring. Yes I will call them and use them again if I need them again .
