Charged $256.00 to snake drain. Took 5 minutes or less. Talking to two other certified plumbers this should have been around $90.00. Other estimates received by this company were 4x more expensive than other plumbers. Do your homework to insure you are not being overcharged by this very expensive company!

Was told the repair would commence on a certain day/time. However, on the scheduled day, a service tech came out only to assess. He stretched a tape measure from the meter to the house. When offered to take a look in the crawl space, he declined. He got out a price sheet and told me $5800.00 was the cost. I was then sent an invoice for
an $89 dollar service fee...FOR ONLY STRETCHING A TAPE MEASURE ACROSS MY DRIVEWAY...

I am not impressed by any means, and disagree with this service fee.

Patrick and the crew are AMAZING. Not only did they answer the phone whenever I called, they were 'Johnny on the spot' when another contractor took advantage of me and helped me out a ton. They even took time out of their busy schedules to look over what the other contractor had done, and went through my entire house letting me know I was being grossly overcharged for items that weren't even installed. Because of this information, I was able to confront the other contractor and 3D ended up saving me $2,000. Would recommend them in an instant for any needs! Very honest and trustworthy as well as dependable.

Chris Thompson came out on Sunday to take care of a stopped up drain hole. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. While he was here it took care of another minor problem that I had. He was the same person that had been out a previous time for a stopped up drain. He was very respectful both times.

We had a leaky toilet that we were fearing the worst on. Nathan came over and had it all fixed in 30 minutes! He was very personable and friendly and showed me what exactly the problem was (wrong kind of wax ring) and even replaced our flapper. Super great experience.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
