I had my HVAC system replaced yesterday. Ben, Christian and Jake were fantastic. I had quotes from several companies and American Services provided a better product for a lower rate than anyone else.

This company t is pathetic, just because it was a warranty claim, they gave me a ridiculous price to replace water lines and gas lines even though it was ok and up to code. I called to ask questions about just leaving the existing lines because I didn't have the almost $700 to replace those lines and haul away the old one. Insurance covered the part and labor but this company tried to get me for unnecessary parts and when I called, they said they would have the technician call me back but never did and when I try calling now, it goes straight to voice-mail and voice-mail is not set up so you couldn't even leave a message if you wanted too. This company is a rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone. Definitely not a reputable company.

They are very professional and I've never had to wait for service. They are quick, efficient, and know their stuff. I highly recommend them!

Reddi came on the job quickly a few weeks back when a medical emergency took homeowner out of home and plumbing emergency happened. Luke, the technician was helpful, cheerful and friendly. He got a root ball out of the sewer.Today, another plumbing emergency brought out Jeff. Jeff was also above and beyond the call of duty on his professionalism. He managed to get water flowing again really well.We are thankful they were quick to the job, quick to do the job and the relief of just the little things getting back to normal means so much.

When their supplier accidentally shipped them the wrong unit, Ballard Plumbing went above and beyond to source a backup unit to install temporarily. They were always there when they said they would be and left the place as clean or better than it was. Would highly recommend them.
