Definitely suggest! I had reached my wits' end trying to figure out how to fix the leaking drain in our do-it-yourself sink. After leaving a message on Steve's phone, I got a return call less than 15 minutes later. He was pleasant and helpful as he asked questions to determine the severity of the emergency, and because of a cancellation, his crew was on the way to us in under an hour. The guys Steve sent (I think Steve and Brian?) were punctual, efficient, and skilled. I admire that, given the current pandemic outbreak, they all opted to wear face masks. When they were done, they patiently went over the changes with me and addressed any questions I had. I am glad I paid for their quick and professional service, even though the drain leak was rather minor. After they fixed my botched do-it-yourself attempt and reviewed the remainder of my work, I finally feel comfortable with our new sink setup. Instead of trying to fix it yourself, call in the pros.

Cleared a serious clog in my drain very quickly, found and fixed a leak in my copper water supply in my wall, and were both professional and courteous while doing so. They charged a very fair price, and cleaned up after themselves very well. 10/10 would reccomend

Juston and Brandon arrived promptly and retrieved a different water filter system when the wrong one was delivered. It was installed quickly and they installed a water hammer arrestor and a sweet Streamlabs whole house water shutoff system to protect from any leakage or breaks when I am gone. Andrew can hook you up with one. Great peace of mind. Highly recommend them

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.

I was able to receive same day service after 5pm for no additional charge and had a most friendly and competent technician work the job here, Micky. This isn't a job I could do and can't express enough appreciation for the quality work done here this evening getting my plumbing back in working order. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Josh at Frederick Plumbing. First, he took a job that another reputable plumber refused. When he came over for the estimate, he explained in detail what needed to be done and his plan of action. He answered my questions professionally and had an estimate to me quickly with a scheduled day to come over. The installation was handled expertly and the new sink looks great. INEXPERIENCED.
Spent severl hours attempting to find leak. Even consulted supervisor to finally conclude it was a roof leak. I arrive home from work and immediately turn the water valve off to determine that it was irrefutably a plumbing problem (very consistant leak stopped). I then looked upstairs, under the sink, nearest where leak could be coming from and found both hot and cold valves seals were bad. In 20 minuest I did what this company could not, I am not a plumber. So calmly, expecting a quick fix sense there 6 hour issue of not knowing if it was plumbing, was magicly solved, of course I call to get the plumber back out to finish the job. And basically the response was that this was a different issue and they need another 65 dollors to come out and try again.. No apology. No remark about wrongfully suggesting roof issue. No mention about cutting my wall down without getting it approved by the company which claim was responsible for. I cannot believe they didnt think to shut the water off to deduce wether or not it was a roof leak or not. I used the word incompetent once i started to hear the phone reprisentitive started to get defensive and clearly not interested in helping, then hung up on me. Waste of money and a waste of time, insurance company is having them pay for damages to wall currently. Franlkin just found out it was the undersink stops and is replacing them, all done in less time lyday was here!

Prompt services, arrival time communication, friendly professionals. What more can I ask for! Hopefully I don’t see them very often when I do have a need, I’ll definitely be a return customer. Thanks guys!
