Best Plumbing Fixture in Wichita KS

Charged $256.00 to snake drain. Took 5 minutes or less. Talking to two other certified plumbers this should have been around $90.00. Other estimates received by this company were 4x more expensive than other plumbers. Do your homework to insure you are not being overcharged by this very expensive company!

These guys were professional and courteous. The water main line into my house ruptured and they replaced it. I will use them again next time I have plumbing needs!

We discovered we had a leak somewhere in our basement. The company we used to use couldn’t make it out, so I remembered seeing this company on Facebook. We called and they got a guy out quickly. My ac unit crashed in a Sunday morning. I called and they had a technician out within an hour. Ramone was the tech. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. It's interesting you're responding to my review 5 years later, clearly shows you don't care about your customers. We used your company (5 years ago now) and it was a horrible experience. You said you were going to come out and never did. Then you finally came out and didn't fix the problem but charged us anyway. We had to hire another company to fix the problem. Terrible customer service and company. Do not use.

I shopped around for someone to replace my old leaking water heater and was disappointed with the prices. I found Ballard Plumbing and called Brad out. He charged less than half the amount of some of the other companies and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly got the job done and got us hot water again. I will be calling him back for all my future plumbing needs.
